On the eve of Christmas holidays, the Minister of Internal Affairs awarded ten cadets who became real heroes during the war. Among them are representatives of seven higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. These are future guardsmen, border guards, policemen and rescuers.
The Head of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3, police colonel Olha Bezpalova, and the psychologist of the department of psychological support of the MDNP in Kharkiv region, police captain Daria Khoroshun, visited Kharkiv District Police Department No. 1.
Sofiia Popova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA, held a career orientation meeting with students and teachers of Khodorivska Secondary School of Grades I-III No. 2, Lviv Region.
As part of the work of the research group of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensic Science and Expertology of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Head of the group, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Svitlana Lozova and student Alina Zviahintseva prepared abstracts of a report on the topic "Ensuring human rights in the selection of biological samples for molecular and genetic expertise".
The servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are currently undergoing treatment in one of Zaporizhzhia hospitals, were visited by second- and third-year cadets of Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA. During the conversation, the cadets learned about the peculiarities of conducting military operations, the importance of moral and psychological support of the military.
On the initiative of Oksana Brusakova, Dean of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA, the Department of Fundamental and Legal Disciplines held a career orientation event with students of secondary school No. 56 in Kharkiv. Associate professor of the department Borys Holovko told high school students about the history of the establishment of the university, its structure, provided comprehensive information about the specialties for which specialists are trained.
On the occasion of St. Mykolai Day, cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are most in need of parental support and care - orphans, children deprived of parental care, children who lost relatives in the ongoing war, met with a People's Deputy of Ukraine, a member of the University's Supervisory Board Iryna Borzova, head of Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration Serhii Borzov, Rector of the university, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko, first vice-rector of the university Oleksandr Morhunov and vice-rectors.
Cadets of Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are being treated in one of the medical institutions of Khmelnytskyi region. The boys and girls talked with the soldiers, thanked the defenders for their courage and fighting spirit, and wished them fast recovery and good health.
On December 15-20, 2022, Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs will conduct the "Young Legal Expert" Olympiad in remote mode among students of grades 10-11 of general educational institutions of the city of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region, as well as students of the I and II courses of professional pre-university and professional institutions (vocational and technical) education.
