A regular meeting of the student scientific group of the Department of Sociology and Psychology, Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was held, which was devoted to preparing students in order to participate in the first round of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in Psychology.

During the the pilot project "Academic Mobility" implemented by higher education institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Nataliia Duravkina, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines at Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, together with the Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the Faculty № 1 of Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs conducted binary interdisciplinary classes in the disciplines "Criminal Procedure" and "Criminal Enforcement Law".

For 1st year cadets of Sumy branch of KhNUIA and Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs within an academic mobility project, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA Nataliia Horobets, Associate Professor of the same Department Nataliia Duravkina and Associate Professor of the Department of Labor and Economic Law of KhNUIA Olena Chornous held an interdisciplinary quiz “Triad of Liabilities: Administrative, Civil, Labor". 

4th year students of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who study under the program "2 years cadet – 1 year student", were personally assigned for further service in the territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, which sent them to study.

Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has prepared a thematic exhibition "Kruty – the unquenchable flame of the Ukrainian will" for the memorable date of January 29, when Ukrainian community celebrates Kruty Heroes Remembrance Day.

Kruty is one of the tragic and at the same time legendary pages in the history of Ukraine. The battle of Ukrainian student soldiers became a symbol of heroism and self-sacrifice of the young generation in the struggle for independence.

On the eve of the Day of Remembrance of the Heroes of Kruty, video lectures were held for cadets and students of all faculties of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. At the invitation of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, the lecture was given by a Researcher at Kharkiv Historical Museum named after M.F. Sumtsov Oleksii Kurtov.

On the eve of the Day of Remembrance of Kruty Heroes in Ukraine, Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA hosted a thematic event "Kruty - a symbol of heroism of Ukrainian youth" with a screening of the documentary "Kruty - Young Blood" from the project "Ukraine - Forgotten History".

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs instructed 237 cadets of graduation courses of faculties № 1, 2, 4 on the eve of the internship, which will take place from February 7 to May 29, 2022 in 17 territorial bodies of the National Police.

The January 2022 issue of the Transparency Rating "Best Universities by Citation in the Best Google Scholar Profiles" has been published. The ranking is based on an analysis of citations of the 210 most cited authors of the university from publicly available Google Scholar profiles (except for the first 20).
