Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Olena HORASH and senior lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5 Yevhen PILIAVSKYI held a binary lesson on the discipline "Criminal Legal Qualification".

As part of its career guidance work, the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 held a meaningful online event for students of Slobozhanskyi Lyceum No. 1 of Slobozhanska City Council, Chuhuiv District, Kharkiv Region.

A guest lecture was held for students of the ERI No. 5 with the participation of the Head of Osnovianskyi District Court of Kharkiv, Maksym HLOBA, on the topic "Features of criminal liability for offenses in the sphere of official activities and professional activities related to the provision of public services."

The Director of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, Oksana BRUSAKOVA, her Deputy Daria KOROBTSOVA, and the guarantor of the educational and professional program, Volodymyr KROITOR, held an online meeting with applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty "Law".

Representatives of the Department of Sociology and Psychology – Professor Iryna NECHITAILO, Associate Professors Yana PONOMARENKO, Yulia TVERDOKHVALOVA, Kateryna MANNAPOVA, Olena MOKHORIEVA, Natalia HRESA, Lada CHEPIHA, Senior Lecturers Nadiia CHEPELIEVA and Yulia SORBEI took part in the online conference “Task shifting in EMDR”.

A binary lesson was held on this topic for students of the specialty "Law", which was conducted by Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5 Yulia TATARKINA together with invited guests - the prosecutor of Saltivskyi District Prosecutor's Office of the city of Kharkiv, Candidate of Law Olesia ARSENI and the lawyer of the bar association "Aktum" Olena ZALYVATSKA.

As part of the study of the discipline "Criminal Law" for students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, specializing in "Law", a binary lesson dedicated to criminal offenses against sexual freedom and personal integrity was held.

2nd year cadets of the ERI No. 1 Mariia OLIINYK and Stanislav REPCHONOK, as well as 3rd year student of the ERI No. 5 Daryna HART took part in the International Scientific and Practical Student Conference in online mode "Today's IT Space: Trends, Innovations and Development Prospects".

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertise of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Olena SOLOVIOVA, together with 3rd year student Anhelina LYPNYTSKA, took part online in the 9th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Science of the 21st Century: Development, Basic Theories and Achievements".

A session of the School of Scientific Leadership was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, dedicated to the modern challenges of tactical and special training of police officers. The event brought together cadets, students, undergraduates, postgraduates, adjuncts and members of the scientific and practical group "SHIELD" of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the Educational and Research Institute No. 2.
