During the opening of the joint project of the Bar Council of Kharkiv region and the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, higher education seekers at the first bachelor's and second master's levels of the specialty "Law" attended the first lecture on the formation of the institute of advocacy, its history and evolution in Ukraine and the world.
Oksana MALIUTINA, Head of the Preparatory Department of the ERI No. 5, and Oleksandr MISHCHENKO, Leading Specialist, held a meeting with representatives of the Kharkiv City Council – Head of the Management of Education of the Administration of the Kholodnohirsky District Liudmyla LUTSENKO, Deputy Director of the Management of Education of the Administration of the Novobavarskyi District Liudmyla MOHYLA.
Within the framework of the Law Week in Ukraine, a joint session of scientific circles of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology and the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensics and Expertology of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 was held. It was conducted by the Heads of the circles - Sssociate Professors of the Departments Yaroslav LANTINOV and Svitlana LOZOVA.
Professor of the Department of Cyber Security and DATA Technologies of the ERI No. 5 Oleksandr MOZHAIEV and Senior Lecturer of the Department Mykhailo TSURANOV conducted a binary lesson for second-year students studying in the specialty "Cyber Security and Information Protection".
Representatives of the Educational and Research Institute №5 – Associate Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Olena DOVHAN, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensics and Expertology Olena SOLOVIOVA and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Yevhen PILIAVSKYI – talked with students of grades 10-11 of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum №10.
For students, employees and management of the ERI №1, 4 and 5, an instructional lesson on compliance with transport discipline and road safety was conducted by representatives of the Khmelnytskyi Region Patrol Police Department of the Patrol Police Department.
The WCFF Cossack Duel World Cup was held in Bregenz (Austria), which brought together the strongest athletes from different countries. Daryna OMELCHENKO, third-year student of the Educational and Research Institute №5, won an honorary place at these competitions.
Mariia NAUMENKO, Lecturer of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Educational and Research Institute №5, held an open online lecture for students of Lyceum №138 on the topic «Psychology and cyber violence: new challenges for civil law».
A binary lesson on the discipline "Theory of the State and Law" was held for students of the ERI 5, organized by Senior Lecturer of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law of KhNUIA, Serhii KOLIESNIKOV with the participation of Senior Investigator of the IRAMIJ of the investigative department of Kamianets-Podilskyi DPD of the MDNP in Khmelnytskyi region Bohdan TSOPA.
Within the framework of the action «16 days against violence», students of the third year of the ERI №5 studied the peculiarities of preventing and countering domestic violence in martial law. During the binary seminar, they got acquainted with the practical experience of the police of Kharkiv region.
