The Ukrainian Championship in Universal Combat (adults, juniors, middle-aged and older boys and girls), "light" and "classic" sections were held in Khmelnytskyi. The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the competition and won silver medals.

The team of participants of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, consisting of Ruslan Salohub, a 2nd year cadet of the Faculty № 3, and Oleksandr Tarabanov and Miliena Tsvietkova, freshmen of the Faculty № 2, continues to implement their own social project.

Oleksandr Kuprikov, investigator of the Investigation Department for Crimes Committed in the Context of Armed Conflict, Investigation Department of  Kharkiv Region National Police, together with Kostiantyn Shevelev, senior lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1, conducted a binary online class for 3rd year cadets of the Faculty No. 2.

The curators of education of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a conversation for higher education students of the Faculties №№ 1-4 to discuss the Comprehensive Strategic Plan for Reforming Law Enforcement as Part of the Security and Defense Sector of Ukraine for 2023-2027.

As part of the cooperation of the department of social and humanitarian work with the department of youth policy of Vinnytsia City Council, cadets of Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 of Kharkiv University of Internal Affairs took part in the youth forum "Changes are we".

Valerii Sokurenko, Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, received acknowledgement from Vinnytsia City Council and its executive committee. The head of the city council, Serhii Morhunov, expressed his gratitude to the employees and cadets of the university for their help in improving the improvement of Vinnytsia urban territorial community.

Within the framework of cooperation and exchange of experience, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 held a binary class together with the combat training instructor of the unit "KEOP" (Convoy, extradition and protection of defendants) of NGU, senior sergeant Vladyslav Korohodskyi.

At the invitation of the Department of Humanitarian Policy of Vinnytsia Regional Military Academy, cadets of Faculties № 2 and № 3, led by Andrii Prokhorov, a specialist of the leisure department of the social and humanitarian work department, took part in the cultural and educational event "Improving mental health by promoting historical and cultural heritage".

Rector Valerii Sokurenko congratulated the cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs who participated in the World Muay Thai Boxing Championships among adults held in Greece. They represented Ukraine as part of the National Team.

Under the chairmanship of the First Vice-Rector, Lieutenant Colonel of Police Viktor Vasylenko, a training session on the basics of first psychological aid was held for certified university employees at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Viktor Vasylenko emphasized the importance of mastering the techniques of providing psychological assistance and overcoming stress for police officers to use in various situations of service and everyday life.
