The first lecture on the preparation of future applicants for external evaluation passing took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. More than 90 future school graduates in Kharkiv and Kharkiv region took part in it.

Borys Holovko, Associate Professor of the Department of Fundamental and Legal Sciences, visited Secondary School No. 91 and met with the administration and the teaching staff of the institution. Borys Heorhiiovych told about the peculiarities of the admission campaign to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and studying there, in particular, at the Faculty No. 6.

An online meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty №6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place. The event was held on the Zoom platform on the topic "Current areas of psychological research".

A training with the participation of Volodymyr Kroitor, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings of the Faculty No. 6, was held at the Legal Clinic of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. It was dedicated to communication issues during the provision of free legal aid to citizens.

On January 29, a lecture for students on "The feat of the Heroes of Krut" was held at the faculty № 6. The event was organized by the Dean of the Faculty Oksana Brusakova and the Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, Professor Volodymyr Hrechenko. 

Oleksii Shumilo, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Faculty of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the 4-th International Scientific and Practical Conference "IT Law: Problems and Prospects for Development in Ukraine".

At the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty № 6, there was a "round table" on "Academic freedom as a principle of higher education in modern social conditions." The main speaker was Iryna Nechitailo, Professor of Sociology and Psychology, expert in the accreditation of educational programs NAHEQA, certified trainer of accreditation experts.

The first meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Procedure , Criminology and Expertise of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was held in 2021, which was devoted to summarizing the work for the second semester of the 2020 academic year.
