Volodymyr Shapoval, Professor of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, Faculty № 6, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, took part in the International Scientific Online Conference "Culture in Modern and Contemporary Times: Research, Preservation, Socialization", which took place in Sofia (Bulgaria).
A regular online meeting of the scientific club of the Department of Cyber Security and DATA Technologies of the Faculty No. 6, dedicated to the issues of student research, was held. The head of the club, Associate Professor Volodymyr Tulupov, together with the club members, reviewed the directions for research and materials for the round table "Application of Information Technology in Law Enforcement Activity"
Faculty 6 prepares future applicants for admission to higher education institutions. The courses of the preparatory department are held online in four academic subjects: history of Ukraine, Ukrainian language and literature, mathematics, and English.
Volodymyr Kroitor, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 6, took part in a short-term online training program on the topic "The Nature and Evolution of the Phenomenon of Authority: from Antiquity to Postmodernity" and received a certificate.
Iryna Kyrieieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Faculty No. 6, conducted a binary class for 3rd year students majoring in Law Enforcement. The event was attended by Intermarché lawyer Beatrice Morisset (France, Civre).
During the meeting of the Academic Council, the employees and students of the University were awarded. Rector of the University, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko presented the awards and wished them new achievements in their official and professional activities.
On the Day of Commemoration of the Holodomor Victims, Professor Volodymyr Hrechenko, Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty № 6, and Oksana Maliutina, Associate Professor of the same department, held a roundtable discussion.
On the occasion of the Holodomor Remembrance Day, Natalia Kobylko and Olena Adamchuk, faculty members of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, organized a thematic discussion for students. Young people reflected on the questions of whether it is possible to remain human during historical tragedies, how the totalitarian government tried to sow enmity among the population, and how propaganda works.
The first stage of Taras Shevchenko International Literary and Language Contest for Pupils and Students, organized by the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, was held at the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Representatives of the Preparatory Department of the Faculty No. 6 held a regular online meeting with students, principals and teachers of secondary schools. The event was attended by students of Kharkiv secondary schools No. 101, No. 145, No. 140, No. 103, Lyceum No. 167, and Serpnevyi Lyceum of Valky City Council.
