The delegation of scientists and cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs completed their work at the scientific conference "Didactic classes in the field of mediation, negotiation and arbitration, in particular international arbitration during martial law", which was held within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement between Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Republic of Poland).

The subject of the Memorandum is the implementation of cooperation between the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine and Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs to improve the effectiveness of university education on the system of European human rights standards by introducing the Council of Europe HELP (Human Rights Education for Lawyers) courses into the educational programs.
The annual conference of the Association of European Police Colleges "Virtual Reality in Police Training" was held, which this year brought together more than 80 representatives from different European countries - police officers and heads of police units, teachers and researchers of police educational institutions, lawyers, psychologists, information technology specialists, etc.

The Head of the Research Laboratory on Psychological Support of Law Enforcement, Police Lieutenant Colonel Oleksii Serdiuk took part in the 23rd Annual Conference of the European Society of Criminology EUROCRIM 2023, a pre-conference seminar and a meeting of editors of a special issue of the European Journal of Criminology dedicated to the war in Ukraine, held in Florence (Italy).
The Council of Europe project "HELP (Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals) for Ukraine, including during the war" conducted a training for future teachers of HELP courses at the national level.
The training was attended by Olena Ustymenko, Head of the Department of International Cooperation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
