Kharkiv police trainers on public safety and order received certificates

The First Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Dmytro Shvets, presented certificates to police officers of the MDNP Special Purpose Police Regiment in Kharkiv Region, who took a course for trainers on public safety and order in best European practices.
