Cooperation between the Faculty № 6 and the international organization ELSA continues

2nd and 3rd year students of the Faculty № 6, KhNUIA took part in the international meeting of future lawyers, which took place in the Regional Center for Free Secondary Legal Aid in Luhansk and Kharkiv regions, organized by the international organization for law students ELSA.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - Deputy Head of the Educational and Methodological Department, Police Major Serhii Marchyshyn and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminology, Forensic Expertise and Pre-medical Training, Faculty № 1, Lieutenant Colonel Tetiana Matiushkova took part in a virtual international seminar on the development of a training course on police response to the threat of theft of ionizing radiation sources during use, storage or transportation. 

 

The university hosted trainings "Custody Records" for National Police officers

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs awarded certificates to trainees - representatives of the National Police of Ukraine on the topic "Custody Records" within the project "LAW Police" (UNOPS).
On the basis of the training ground "Police Training Department", the university has implemented a model of Custody Records, which is used by the police to improve compliance with the standards of protection of the rights of detainees.

International advanced training

The representative of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, responsible for academic integrity and gender issues, candidate of economic sciences Maryna Petchenko took part in the International advanced training program of heads of educational institutions, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees. The representative of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, responsible for gender issues, candidate of economic sciences Maryna Petchenko took part in a series of trainings: “Leadership. Representatives of the university take part in the international online seminar on the development of a training course on radiation safety

A virtual international seminar on the development of a training course on police response to the threat of theft of ionizing radiation sources during use, storage or transportation has started on the basis of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. The event is part of a joint project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Department of Radiological Safety of the US Department of Energy.

Participation in international webinars on global citizenship

Participant of the School of Scientific Leadership 2nd year cadet of the Faculty № 1 cadet Andriі Topchiі took part in a series of webinars UNESCO APCEIU (Asia-Pacific Center of Education for International Understanding) on "Educating Critical, Democratic, and Competent Citizens: Sharing Visions and Principles of Danish Education".

Exchange of cadets within the Ukraine Student Academic Mobility (SAM) Programme

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part and became one of the winners of the All-Ukrainian Academic Mobility Programme "Ukraine Student Academic Mobility (SAM)", which is a component of the EU House of Europe programme and is funded by the British Council.

Eternal memory to the hero!

Recently, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was visited by the relatives of a university graduate who died in eastern Ukraine, Deputy Company Commander of the Azov National Guard of Ukraine Regiment, Senior Lieutenant Dmytro Pruhlo. Dmytro's mother Kateryna Zubkova and a stepfather Ihor Isenko visited the university museum, where a memorial plaque was unveiled in Dmytro's honor.

The university continues cooperation with Azerbaijan on the implementation of educational projects

At the invitation of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kharkiv, the First Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Dmytro Shvets, and the Dean of Faculty № 6 Oksana Brusakova met with Study Lab Head Liaman Abasbeili and Director of the Ukrainian Center in Baku Rustam Kuliiev. During the meeting, the parties confirmed their intentions to continue and develop cooperation.
