The regular meeting of the cadet scientific and practical circle of the TST "SHCHYT" of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 of KhNUIA was held. The event, which was attended by cadets of Faculties No. 1 and No. 4, was conducted by Oleksandr Skliar, senior lecturer of the department.
Volodymyr Kroitor, professor of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA, took part in the work of the round table "Prospects for the introduction of class actions in Ukraine". The organizers were the EU Project "Law-Justice" together with the Ukrainian Advocates' Association (UAA).
A regular meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Law Enforcement and Policeistics of the Faculty No. 6 was held, dedicated to topical issues regarding the powers of employees of the National Police in the conditions of martial law. The event was conducted by: Iryna Panova, Head of the Department of Law Enforcement and Policeistics, and Associate Professor Viktoriia Melnyk, head of the scientific group.
An online meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA was held, in which members of the scientific circle of the department, who are studying at the Faculty No. 6 in the specialty "Finance, banking and insurance", and representatives of the department took part: Yuliia Kyrychenko, Victoriia Fursa and Daria Korobtsova.
Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko introduced to the team the new vice-rector Oleksandr Muzychuk, who will be in charge of scientific work. As the Rector noted, "Oleksandr Mykolaiovych is a demanding and principled person, I rely on his professionalism, knowledge and skills".
Another meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3 of KhNUIA was held. The head of the department of pedagogy and psychology, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Olena Fedorenko discussed with the cadets psychological technologies for managing stress and post-traumatic stress disorder, which is extremely relevant in modern conditions.
As part of the implementation of the international technical assistance project "Improving the State of Security and Response to Sources of Ionizing Radiation in Ukraine", a meeting of the working group of representatives of the Radiological Safety Office of the US Department of Energy, the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State Inspection of Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine, developers was held in Vienna course and trainees-observers from higher education institutions with specific learning conditions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
An online presentation on the topic "Prospects and possibilities of the Co-tutelles de these program in Ukraine" was held for students of higher education, as well as representatives of the scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, within the framework of the "Scientist Support Office" project. The speaker of the event was Viktoriia Lemeshchenko-Lahoda, Coordinator of the Scientist Support Office.
The Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was visited by the Head of UNODC Program Office in Ukraine Ms. Harsheth Virk. This is her first introductory visit to the University. The purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with the territory, the material and technical base of the university and to determine the prospective directions of cooperation between the university and UNODC.
The head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Honored Education Worker of Ukraine Volodymyr Hrechenko and Professor of the Department of General Legal Disciplines of the Institute of Law of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Legal Sciences Olha Barabash took part in the III International Scientific and Theoretical Conference "Advanced discoveries of modern science: experience, approaches and innovations".
