The training was organized by the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. The 3rd year cadets learned skills and emphasized the importance of emotional support for people who find it difficult to cope with traumatic events under the legal regime of martial law.

Among the students of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, the qualifying stage of the competition "Shevchenko Readings-2025" was held, dedicated to the 211th anniversary of the birth of the glorious son of Ukraine, its prophet Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko. During the competition, students and cadets clearly recited the works of Taras Shevchenko, conveying their depth and beauty.

Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support for Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 Viktoria FURSA and professors of the same department Yulia KYRYCHENKO and Daria KOROBTSOVA held an online meeting with 2nd-year higher education students majoring in "Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market."

With the aim of national-patriotic education of youth and popularization of the work of the Great Kobzar, the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 determined the winners in various nominations. The best performer in the nomination "Recitation of T. H. Shevchenko's works" was Anastasia LIASHENKO.

Third-year student volunteers of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, Denys MATVIIEVSKYI and Olesia DENYSOVA, joined the All-Ukrainian action of remembrance "Honor, wherever you are", dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and the anniversary of the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The event took place in Sumy near the "Sadko" fountain.

In order to affirm the significance of the feat of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred in the current struggle of Ukrainians for freedom and within the framework of the national-patriotic education of youth, Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy branch of KhNUIA Yulia SAMOILOVA held an educational event "Invincible Heroes".

With the aim of national-patriotic education and honoring the participants of the Revolution of Dignity, Anna NAUMOVA, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, held an educational online meeting with students dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.

Iryna NECHAIEVA, a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Process and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, ERI No. 1, held an online meeting with graduates of Chortkiv Gymnasium No. 2 as part of her career guidance work.

Students took part in the competition dedicated to the 211th anniversary of the birth of Taras Shevchenko. In the nomination "Recitation of T. H. Shevchenko's works", the winner was first-year student Yana ZELENA, who impressed the jury with her masterful performance of the poetry of the Great Kobzar.

Employees of the department of organization of work on career orientation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a series of meetings with graduates of secondary education institutions in Turbiv, Vinnytsia district, Vinnytsia region. They familiarized high school students and school principals with the basic conditions for admission to the university.
