Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is actively involved in the implementation of the "No Barriers" project by opening a Driving School for people with disabilities. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska. As Russia's aggression against Ukraine continues, the problem of social adaptation of combatants, many of whom have been injured and left with disabilities, is extremely acute.
