Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Stanislav Ivanov, as part of his career guidance work, met with graduating students of lyceum No. 18 in Ivano-Frankivsk. He spoke about the conditions for entering the university, about educational and scientific institutes and specialties in which specialists are trained.

Head of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine Volodymyr Hrechenko remotely participated in the III International Scientific and Theoretical Conference "Current Scientific Goals, Approaches and Challenges", which took place in the capital of Latvia, Riga.

As part of career guidance work, associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Oleksandr Avdieiev met with graduates of Zastavninskyi GSEI of I-III degrees. He spoke about the educational and scientific institutes of KhNUIA, the specialties in which specialists are trained, and the prospects for further employment in the units of the NPU.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the lecture in English organized by the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań on the topic "Studying Eastern Europe and the Post-Soviet Space: A History of Violence", which was held by Professor of the Department of Slavic Studies at the Sorbonne University, Liuba Jurgenson.

Due to the "eBook" program, students of the ERI No. 1 purchased modern literature, textbooks and professional publications. The cadets paid special attention to books on law, psychology, history of Ukraine and fiction, which develops human consciousness, forms character, inspires and motivates.

A career guidance conversation with students of Volodymyr Monomakh Lyceum "Perspektyva" in Boryspil was held by a cadet of the ERI No. 1, Valeria Prysiazhniuk. She spoke about the admission requirements and the algorithm of actions for applicants, and also introduced the students to the specialties in which specialists are trained at KhNUIA.

The Department of Organization of Career Orientation Work held another online meeting on the features of admission and study at KhNUIA in 2025 on a budget form of study and at the expense of individuals and legal entities. Young men and women from over 170 locations participated in the event.

Olena Syniavska, Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement at the ERI №5, and Daria Hlushkova, Associate Professor of the same department, together with students Iryna Lototska, Veronika Zholtikova, and Daria Muratova, who are studying for a bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement, have successfully completed the course “Anti-discrimination”.

Polina Yemelianova, the chief secretary of KhNUIA cadet and student self-government, took part in the first introductory meeting of Vinnytsia Youth Council this year. New delegates were introduced to the structure of the council, its main activities and tasks for the current year.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a meeting of cadets with a combatant and war veteran Bohdan Darmohrai. In 2023, Senior Police Lieutenant Bohdan Darmohrai participated in the liberation of Klishchiivka, Bakhmut district, as part of the joint assault brigade of the NPU “Liut”.
