3rd year cadets of the ERI No. 3 are undergoing an internship at the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia Region. The service of future police officers was checked by the associate professor of the Department of Administrative Activity of the ERI No. 3, Yulia Buhaiko. The Head of the internship focused on issues that arise during the implementation of individual plans.

For cadets of the ERI No. 4, a practical event in the discipline "Special Physical Training" on the topic "Fighting Techniques. Throws" was conducted by a combatant, war veteran, explosives inspector of the Main Police Department in Vinnytsia region Bohdan Darmohrai and a lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2 Ivan Omelianenko.

Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support for Entrepreneurial Activities and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 Iryna Kyrieieva met with graduates of Lyceum No. 7 and familiarized them with the basic conditions for admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of the ERI No. 3 of KhNUIA Pavlo Chervonyi met with higher education applicants studying in the specialty "Psychology". Future psychologists are undergoing internships in the practical units of Kharkiv region police - police department No. 1 of KhRPD No. 3 and the personnel sector of KhRPD No. 1 of the Main Police Department in Kharkiv region.

Students of the ERI No. 5 – Illia Pavlov, who studies in the specialty "Law", and Vladyslav Kornieiev – in the specialty "Law enforcement activities" successfully completed the online course "Internet security during war: a practical course" on the educational platform "Prometheus".

On January 18, 2023, a State Emergency Service helicopter crashed in Brovary, carrying nine Ministry of Internal Affairs employees, led by Minister Denys Monastyrskyi and his first deputy Yevhen Yenin. At all locations of KhNUIA, students and university employees laid flowers and lit candles in memory of the deceased Ministry of Internal Affairs employees and pilots.

The other day, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko was on a working trip to Donetsk region, where he awarded the fighters of the Joint Assault Brigade of the National Police "Liut".

The cadet told the students about the activities of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The students learned about the modern directions of the university's work, its structure and features of the organization of the educational process, opportunities for cadets - practical training, internships and employment prospects.

The Head of the Research Laboratory for Pre-Trial Investigation Problems of the ERI No. 1, Serhii Shatrava, joined the online meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on the Development and Approval of the Strategy of Financial Investigations in the Field of Counteracting Criminal Offenses.

Lecturers of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2 Volodymyr Yevtushok, Serhii Kuchynskyi and police officers of the platoon of the patrol police battalion for servicing the UPP in Khmelnytskyi region Yurii Syrotiuk and Maksym Trintsev conducted a practical lesson for 3rd year cadets of the ERI No. 1.
