
The University Library has prepared a virtual biographical essay “Vasyl Symonenko. You know you are a human being...” about the Ukrainian poet and journalist, activist of the Ukrainian Resistance movement, a sixties activist, who was born on January 8, 1935, in the village of Biiivtsi, Poltava region.

Maksym Ohorodnyk, a 1st year cadet of the ERI №1, told the final year students of Kulchiievetskyi Lyceum of Kamianets-Podilskyi district about the conditions of admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, noted their specifics, namely the mandatory submission of a questionnaire on the NPU website https://osvita.np.gov.ua.

The Head of the Preparatory Department of the ERI No. 5, Oksana Maliutina, and the leading specialist of this department, Oleksandr Mishchenko, met with the head of the Education Department of Saltivskyi District Administration of Kharkiv City Council, Larysa Karpova, and her deputy, Victoria Popova.

Associate Professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Volodymyr Dementov joined the online webinar "Social Entrepreneurship: Current State, Examples, Role in the Restoration of Communities in the War and Post-War Period", which was held at Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.

The next recruitment of students to the Preparatory Department is underway. Classes begin on January 11, 2025. Within four months, applicants will be able to prepare qualitatively for admission to higher education institutions of Ukraine, primarily Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

This was the topic of the International Scientific and Practical Conference of Students, Postgraduates and Young Scientists, in which Volodymyr Dementov, Associate Professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, took part remotely.

Yevhenia Hladkova, a leading researcher at the Research Laboratory of Social and Psychological Support and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Educational and Research Institute №3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, together with a team of volunteers from the Palm of Peace, Zdiisny Mriiu and International Capacity Charitable Foundations, started the new year with a good cause.

Applicants for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of the 3rd year of the Educational and Research Institutes №№1-4 of KhNUIA study in specialties that are important for ensuring public order and combating crime. At the internship sites, they are given the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained at the university in practice.

The Main Directorate of the National Police in Vinnytsia region has distributed the cadets of the ERI #3 to internship places, where they will serve under the guidance of experienced mentors. Future specialists will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills gained during their studies at the university and take the first steps in their careers.

During the vacation leave, 3rd year cadet of the ERI №1 Kateryna Finovska met with graduates of Kharkiv Scientific Lyceum-Boarding School “Obdarovanist” of Kharkiv Regional Council. The cadet familiarized the high school students with the educational and scientific institutes and specialties that train specialists for the National Police.
