Scientific achievements of the students of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs have been supplemented by a new significant result. Student Oleksandr Volobuiev, under the guidance of Olha Avramova, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, won the All-Ukrainian Student Paper Competition in the category "Originality of a Scientific Idea" in the specialty "Intellectual Property" for his research paper "Copyright Protection of an Avatar".
As part of the camp activities, a video lecture "History and Traditions of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs" was held for first-year cadets of faculties 1-4 (in person and online).
The history of law enforcement training in Kharkiv goes back more than 100 years and began during the period of the Ukrainian People's Republic.
Oleksandr Marunchak, Head of Kamianets-Podilskyi Driving School for Persons with Disabilities, held a working meeting with Petro Mosendz, First Deputy Head of Kamianets-Podilskyi District State Administration of Khmelnytskyi region. They discussed the activities of the veterans' hub for combatants in the community.
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs provides training for applicants for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 011 "Educational and Pedagogical Sciences". The educational and scientific program has been successfully accredited (certificate No. 2926 dated 02/01/2022) and is valid until 2027.
The first day of the camp training for the first-year students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs began with a solemn formation on the parade ground. After the University Flag was brought in, the State Flag was raised and the National Anthem of Ukraine was performed, the Rector, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko addressed the youth.
A two-week training camp for freshmen who have entered the Faculties 1 and 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs this year has begun in Khmelnytskyi. 285 young men and women will attend the camp, which will help them adapt to their studies, unite and test their strength.
Serhii Ablamskyi, Head of the Department of Scientific Activity Organization and Intellectual PropertyProtection, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, and Tetiana Matiushkova, Chief Researcher of the Research Laboratory for Scientific Support of Law Enforcement and Quality of Training, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, took part in the seminar "Improving Response, Documentation and Investigation of Domestic Violence".
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has once again started training for future community police officers who arrived at the university from 22 regions of Ukraine. Among them are representatives of 24 units of the Main Departments of the National Police, Patrol Police Departments, and the Department of Security Police. The training is supported by ICITAP (International Criminal Investigative Training Program for Criminal Justice Agencies of the U.S. Department of Justice).
The curators of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines, Associate Professors Natalia Bobro, Andrii Diadin, Oleksandra Holovko, Nataliia Pavlenko and Iryna Sevidova, conducted a series of preventive measures with the staff of the Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs online to prevent the use of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, poisonous or potent substances, as well as alcoholic beverages.
During the morning formation of the personnel of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Dean of the Faculty Vitalii Romaniuk presented the shoulder straps to the master's students who were awarded the next special police ranks.
