Every year on February 20, Ukraine celebrates the Day of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes. We honor the memory of the participants of the Revolution of Dignity - those who rose up against injustice in defense of civil rights and freedoms. Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs laid flowers at the monuments to the Heroes - defenders of Ukraine - at all locations of the higher education institution in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Sumy and Poltava regions.
Anna Naumova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Faculty № 6, curator of the study group, together with students, remembered those who gave their lives during the Revolution of Dignity, defending the ideals of democracy, upholding human rights and freedoms, and the European future of Ukraine.
On February 20, we honor the memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred - brave contemporaries who, with their love for their homeland, strength of spirit and selflessness, changed the course of Ukraine's history and sacrificed their lives for the European future of our country.
On the occasion of the Day of the State Emblem of Ukraine and the Day of Remembrance of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, events were held at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. They were attended by the First Vice-Rector of the University Viktor Vasylenko, Vice-Rectors Serhii Bortnyk, Mykhailo Burdin, Oleksandr Muzychuk, deans of faculties, heads of separate structural subdivisions - Sumy Branch and Kremenchuk Flight College, permanent staff of the university, and students.
Ivan Krytsak, a senior researcher at the Research Laboratory for Pre-trial Investigation at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and police lieutenant colonel, held career guidance meetings in schools in the cities of Ivano-Frankivsk, Nadvirna, Bohorodchany, and many other locations in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
Mykhailo Tsuranov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies, Faculty № 6, took part in the English-language training "Train the Trainers Course for Cyber Crime", which took place in Budapest with the support of the TOPCOP project developed by the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL).
The head of the Driving School for Persons with Disabilities of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Oleksandr Marunchak, held a working meeting with the head of Novodunaievetska settlement territorial community of Kamianets-Podilskyi district, which is part of Dunaievetska RTC, Anton Kaminskyi.

According to the Constitution of Ukraine, the Great State Emblem of Ukraine is established taking into account the Small State Emblem of Ukraine and the emblem of Zaporozhian Army. The main element of the Great State Coat of Arms of Ukraine is the sign of the princely state of Volodymyr the Great. The coat of arms is the official symbol of the state of Ukraine in the form of a golden trident on a blue shield.
