Valerii Matus, a lecturer at the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, has successfully completed the online module "Organized Criminal Groups of the 'Thieves in Law' Type and Their Activities in the EU Countries", which was introduced by the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine) in cooperation with the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) and the TOPCOP project.

Students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs will be patrolling together with police officers from Vinnytsia Region Police. The university is part of Vinnytsia Police Garrison and will ensure public safety and order on the streets of Vinnytsia.
