Olena Overchuk, a senior lecturer of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty №2, together with Valentyn Kravchenko, a district police officer of the Prevention Sector of Brovary Police Department №2 of the Main Department of the National Police in Kyiv Region, conducted a binary practical lesson for first-year students of the Faculty №3 on the topic "Legal Document as a Carrier of Legal Information" as part of the Legal Documentation course.
Oleksii Shumilo, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, conducted an on-site lesson to Sumy District Court of Sumy Region for first-year students of several groups in the course "Judicial and Law Enforcement Agencies of Ukraine". Yuliia Makarenko, the press secretary and deputy chief of staff of the court, conducted a tour of the court premises for the students.
Military and patriotic education is one of the main areas of work with young people at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. In wartime, the issue of education has become especially important, as the Russian aggressor is trying to level our national identity and destroy us as a nation.
For the purpose of national and patriotic education of youth, a concert of the Academic Song and Dance Ensemble "Cossacks of Podillya" was organized for students of the Faculties №№ 1, 4 with the assistance of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Cadets of the Faculty No. 3 together with a volunteer association in Vinnytsia continue to weave camouflage nets for the defenders of Ukraine. Every day, in their free time, young men and women join the extremely necessary work, sending camouflage means to military units in the east of the country. Together we are power!
The staff and cadets of the Faculty No. 2 visited wounded defenders who are in one of the military hospitals in Vinnytsia region. The courage, patriotism, willpower and optimism of Ukrainian heroes always amaze us. The young men and women did not come to the wounded heroes empty-handed - they brought food, fruit and new clothes.
The staff and cadets of the Faculty No. 3 held a career guidance meeting with graduates of Pohrebyshche Medical College and Vocational School No. 42, which was attended by more than 200 students. During the event, future graduates received detailed information about the specifics of admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and watched presentation videos.
Associate Professor of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training, Mykola Borovyk, conducted additional classes in the discipline "Special Physical Training" with the first-year cadets of the Faculty No. 3. The cadets considered the peculiarities of the use of police coercive measures in martial law and practiced practical skills in the use of detention methods.
Viktor Lazariev, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, met with the administration and 11th grade students of the municipal institution "Bezliudivskyi Law Lyceum named after I. Ya. Pidkopai of Bezliudivska Village Council" of Kharkiv district of Kharkiv region.
