Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the open championship of Zhytomyr region in Muay Thai boxing, which took place on September 24 in the city of Berdychiv.

This year's admissions campaign to higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was successful, and the state order was fully fulfilled. Compared to last year, the number of entrants in 2022 has doubled. Among the most popular specialties are law and law enforcement, as well as psychology.

The leading specialist of the personnel support department of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Hanna Mititiel, together with the student-cadet Parliament headed by its chairman, 3rd-year cadet police corporal Mykola Siroshtan, held an online meeting-acquaintance with first-year students majoring in "Law" and "Law enforcement activity".

Dmytro Slynko, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, successfully completed the basic course "Fundamentals of anti-corruption for everyone".

The first meeting of the academic year of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place. The Head of the circle - Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Hennadii Dedurin defined the organizational issues of the activity of the scientific circle and familiarized the participants with the rules and regulations of the circle's activity, as well as the meeting plan for the current academic year.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation, the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Oleksii Salmanov, together with a member of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation, 4th-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 Andrii Topchii, participated remotely in the 37th International scientific and practical conference "Modern ways of solving the latest problems in science", which was held in Varna, Bulgaria.

One of the main principles of the organization of the educational process at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is its practical orientation. Cadets receive not only theoretical knowledge during lectures and seminars, but also acquire practical skills necessary for service. 

Assistant to the Rector Viktor Slysh holds meetings with first-year cadets who are just beginning to master their chosen profession. With the future employees of the National Police of Ukraine - cadets of the Faculty No. 2 - current issues, the state of war in which our state is in due to Russian aggression, as well as the role of every Ukrainian in approaching victory over the enemy, who is trying to deprive us of our statehood, freedom, and national identity, are discussed.

The staff and cadets of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited pupils of Vinnytsia Educational Rehabilitation Center "Hnizdechko" of Vinnytsia Regional Council.

Head of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of the Faculty No. 4 Olena Stativka and lecturers of the same department Valentyna Pochuieva, Larysa Sazanova, Oleh Honcharuk and Artem Bilousov took part in the international online webinar "Low-tech gamification" from "National Geographic".
