Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the Open Championship of Kharkiv region in sambo wrestling among men and women, which took place in Kharkiv. The cadets of KhNUIA showed outstanding battle and won prizes.

Kharkiv Regional Weightlifting Championship started on the basis of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The opening ceremony was attended by: Rector of the University Valerii Sokurenko, Deputy Head of the Department of Youth and Sports of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Eduard Pavlenko, Chief Judge, President of the Union of Weightlifting in Kharkiv region Oleksandr Halashko, First Vice Rector Dmytro Shvets, Vice Rectors Serhii Bortnyk, Anatolii Klochko, deans of faculties, university staff, cadets, university students.

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs became participants of the All-Ukrainian student tournament "LEGION Student League of Ukraine 2022" in cyber-sport disciplines.

A training for the management of Ukrainian government agencies was held in Kharkiv on the implementation of best cybersecurity practices in government agencies. This is one of the trainings held in different cities of Ukraine with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine. After the training, Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Professor, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko together with the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine Henrik Villadsen presented the participants with certificates of successful completion.

The algorithm of functioning of the system of centralized management of police squads "Liniia 102" was mastered by applicants for higher education of the 1st year of specialty 262 "Law Enforcement" of Sumy branch of KhNUIA under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Social and  Economic Disciplines Svitlana Vyhaniailo. 

Svitlana Petrovska, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in a series of educational webinars on scientometrics “International experience in the field of publishing. Successful publications in Scopus and Web of Science”, which was conducted by “Scientific Publications” company.

A concert with the participation of cadets and students of all faculties of the University took place before the Valentine's Day. Creative performances were prepared. Rector of the University Valerii Sokurenko congratulated the audience with the upcoming holiday.

With the assistance of Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Inspector of the Human Resources Sector of the Nizhyn District Police Department of the MDNP in Chernihiv region, Police Captain Tetiana Nikolaienko conducted career guidance work at Bobrovytsia Lyceum in Chernihiv region.

The staff of Scientific and Research Laboratory on Information Technology Issues and Combating Cybercrime took part in the "Flexible Scalable Infrastructure with Microsoft Azure" webinar.

29 graduates of primary vocational training courses for police officers of Institute of Postgraduate Education of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs received certificates of graduation today. For six months, they mastered special knowledge and skills in the specialty "Criminal Police", qualification – "Operative".
