An awards ceremony for participants of the Ukrainian Sambo Championship among juniors and seniors took place during the morning line-up of the personnel of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The Ukrainian Sambo Wrestling Championship among juniors and seniors took place. The championship gathered 558 people that is a record number of participants. Athletes from Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs also took part in the competition.

First-year cadets and students, and staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, led by the Vice-Rector of the University Anatolii Klochko, visited the Memorial and Museum of Memory and Glory, which is located on the territory of the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Ivan Sirko in Kluhyno-Bashkyrivka village, Chuhuiv district, Kharkiv region.

49 cadets of the 2nd and 3rd courses of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs completed internships in the units of the National Police of Luhansk Region. Investigators, operatives and employees of the prevention unit shared their experience and knowledge with future colleagues.

Vladyslav Stepanenko, a 4th year cadet of the Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, was awarded the Kharkiv Mayor Scholarship “Obdarovanist” (“Giftedness”) for children and youth in the 2020/2021 academic year for high achievements in science, art, sports and public life.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has launched the “School of Course Officers” - a new form of work for heads of educational courses of Faculties, the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Sumy Branch.

Associate Professor of Labor and Economic Law, Faculty No. 2, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Law, Senior Researcher, Police Lieutenant Colonel Valentyna Honcharuk gave a binary lesson on the topic "Peculiarities of Interaction of National Police Units in Official Activities" in the discipline "Labor Law" with the participation of practical police officers for second-year cadets of study group 205, Faculty No. 2.

Tamara Yatsenko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Labor and Economic Law of the Faculty No.2, held a meeting with Anastasiia Stukalova, Police Officer of the Response Sector of the Chuhuiv District Police Unit of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv region, Police Corporal, and Anastasiia Yakutko, Police Officer of the Patrol Police Unit in Chernihiv region of the Patrol Police Department, Police Corporal, within the study of the topic “Occupation and Employment” in the discipline “Labor Law” in the study group 205 of the Faculty No.3.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted online meeting with prospective applicants and their parents. Representatives of the faculty № 2 presented their structural unit - the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units of the National Police of Ukraine, answered numerous questions of the meeting participants.

On the Remembrance Day of the Heroes of the Kruty Battle, Viktoriia Pertseva, Associate Professor of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty No. 2, held a conversation, dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of those immemorial events, with her curatorial group of the Faculty No. 2.
