
Lecturers from the Tactical and Special Training Department of the ERI No. 2, together with fighters from the Rapid Response Corps, conducted a practical binary training session with cadets on the tactics of small tactical groups. Special forces shared their relevant experience of participating in combat operations with future law enforcement officers.

Cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continue the tradition of good deeds - they once again joined the donor campaign and donated blood at Vinnytsia Regional Blood Service Center.

A two-day training for law enforcement officers on professional security and its impact on HIV-related services for people who use drugs has been completed in Vinnytsia. The event was organized by KhNUIA together with a partner - the Program Office in Ukraine of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

Adaptive training for Demian PREDAN, who has a disability, was conducted by Ivan OMELIANENKO, senior lecturer at the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2. The lesson was based on elements of football and aimed at improving coordination of movements and developing endurance.

On the occasion of UNESCO World Day, which is celebrated annually on November 4, employees of the Social and Humanitarian Work Department held information and educational hours dedicated to the activities of UNESCO for students of the Educational and Research institutes No. 1-5, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College.

A lecture on providing first aid in the event of an epileptic seizure was held for the staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was held as part of the classes "Providing first aid to students with special educational needs."

The Department of Special Physical Training of the Educational and Research Institute No. 2 held a joint training session with war veteran Viktor Kharkavliuk, a combatant, war invalid, master of sports in weightlifting, who was wounded near Kupiansk.

Professor of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2, Kostiantyn RADCHENKO, together with instructors from the "Demining Center of Ukraine" for higher education students of the study group of the ERI No. 3, held a lesson during which they discussed "Classification and tactical and technical characteristics of explosive objects."

During a practical lesson in the discipline "Tactical and Special Training" on the basics of topography and terrain orientation, future investigators were introduced to the classification and nomenclature of topographic maps, types of relief, and tactical properties of the terrain.

The professionals of the future are being trained. Our training sessions are filled with practice and modern approaches - cadets receive not only theoretical knowledge, but also hone the skills needed in real police operations.
