On the eve of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the status of a university for higher education students of the Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4, curators of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held thematic informational and educational talks.
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, NGO ‘Federation of Auditors, Accountants and Financiers of the Agricultural Sector of Ukraine’ and ALC ‘Institute of Accounting and Finance’ signed a Memorandum aimed at carrying out educational, scientific and practical activities in the field of higher education.
The curators of the academic groups of the ERI №4 and the ERI №1 held educational hours on the topic ‘On our flag ’Knowledge. Law. Honour. Victory’. Lecturers told about the historical stages of the university, its achievements and importance in training specialists for the law enforcement system of Ukraine.
The students of the ERI No. 4, who are studying in the speciality ‘Information Systems and Technologies’, took part in the XII International Scientific and Practical Conference ‘Development of theories and methods of education of past years’ (Antwerp, Brussels).
The cadets, students, master's students and staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs watched the documentary film 1000 Days of Freedom, presented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the occasion of the thousandth day of the full-scale war and the fight against Russian armed aggression.
Yurii Onyshchenko, Deputy Director for Education and Research Activity of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, and Kateryna Zhmurovska, a 3rd year cadet of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, held an online meeting with future graduates.
The members of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law discussed the issue of cooperation between civil society and the police. The head of the group, Associate Professor Yulia Bezusa, revealed the main types, forms and strategies of such cooperation, highlighted the importance of interaction between civil society and state structures under martial law.
Nazarii Yaremchuk, a freshman of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, met with the tenth and eleventh grade graduates of Lanivtsi branch of the State Educational Institution ‘Ternopil Vocational College with Enhanced Military and Physical Training’. He told the young men and women who are facing the choice of their future profession about the features and benefits of the educational process at KhNUIA.
The cadets of the ERI No. 1 together with the curator, Professor of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science Ihor Zozulia put flowers at the memorial to the fallen in the Russian-Ukrainian war, which has been going on for 1000 days. With a minute of silence, the cadets honoured the memory of the defenders who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of Ukraine.
In order to improve the quality of the educational process, the academic staff of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the ERI No. 4 completed a programme of scientific and pedagogical advanced training on the topic ‘Accounting and analytical basis for economic security management in the system of modern risks and threats’.
