During November, within the framework of non-formal (informal) education, cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 continued to actively improve their professional competencies, mastering a number of educational programs aimed at increasing the level of digital awareness, information security, analytical skills and effective communication.

Serhii SEMENOV, Lawyer, Managing Partner of the Law Group "League of Defense" and Oksana MELNYCHUK, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, held a seminar on the topic "Professional Culture and Service Etiquette of a Police Officer" for cadets of the ERI No. 4 who study in the specialty "Law Enforcement".

Deputy Head of the Course of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 Mariana SIDLETSKA and third-year cadet Vladyslav KOCHYN held an online meeting with graduates of Mukachevo Lyceum No. 11 of the Mukachevo City Council of Transcarpathian region.

On the territory of Ternivskyi support institution of general secondary education of I-III degrees of the Tiachiv district of Transcarpathian region, a career guidance meeting of the third-year cadet of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 Eduard KOSTEVICH with students of the final grades was held.

Dmytro PASHNIEV, Head of the Research Laboratory on Information Technologies and Combating Crime in Cyberspace of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, held an online career guidance event with high school students of Kharkiv and Donetsk regions, during which he introduced future applicants to educational programs and career prospects in the field of cybersecurity.

As part of career guidance work, cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 Dmytro VOROPAIEV, Maksym SITALO, Kostiantyn ROTAN and Yaroslav MYRONCHUK visited the support educational institution «Makiv Lyceum» of the Makiv Village Council of the Kamianets-Podilskyi district of Khmelnytskyi region.

For students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, a practical binary lesson was held, dedicated to the M.A.R.C.H. algorithm – standardized procedure for providing pre-medical care in conditions of combat affection.

A regular session of the Scientific Society of Students, Cadets, Listeners, Postgraduates, Adjuncts, Doctoral Students and Young Scientists was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Liudmyla NADOPTA, Head of the Scientific Society, spoke about promising areas of scientific activity of young scientists.

Cadets of the Educational and Research Institute №4 Maksym SITALO, Dmytro VOROPAIEV, Yaroslav MYRONCHUK and Kostiantyn ROTAN held a career orientation event with students of the 9th, 10th, and 11th grades of Shatava Lyceum of the Makiv Village Council of Kamianets-Podilskyi district of Khmelnytskyi region.

Future police officers took part in a training organized by Police Academy in Szczytno (Poland). The event was held with the assistance of the International Cooperation Department of KhNUIA and concerned the development of professional competencies in the field of application of modern analytical tools that support the work of law enforcement agencies.
