KhNUIA students constantly participate in various trainings, webinars, and scientific conferences covering formal and informal education. Following the results of online participation in international scientific and practical conferences, cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 received a number of certificates.

As part of the non-formal and informal education programme, students of the ERI No. 4 completed training aimed at raising awareness of the risks of human trafficking, methods of manipulation by perpetrators and ways to avoid danger. This course is an important tool in raising awareness of modern forms of exploitation and ways to protect against human trafficking in society.

A second-year student of the ERI No. 4 of KhNUIA Miliena Tsvietkova, who is studying in the specialty 071 "Accounting and Taxation", participated in the International autumn school "Introduction to Negotiations and Process Management", organized by the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poronin (Poland) and received a certificate.

Representatives of KhNUIA met with high school students from educational institutions: Cherkaskolozivskyi Lyceum of Malodanylivska Village Council of Kharkiv Region; Druzhkivskyi Vocational College of Donbas State Machine-Building Academy, etc.

At the beginning of the meeting of the Academic Council of KhNUIA, the awarding of university employees took place. The awards were presented by the university's Rector, Valerii Sokurenko, who wished everyone creative inspiration and new achievements in their further service and scientific activities.

Deputy Director Educational and Research Activities of the ERI No. 4 Yurii Onyshchenko, together with representatives of the ERI No. 1 and No. 4, met with students of Kamianets-Podilskyi Vocational College of Food Industry of the National University of Food Technologies.

Cadets of the ERI No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Nazar Hlushchak and Kira Ivanova held a career orientation meeting with students of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum. They spoke about the features of studying at the ERI No. 4, which specializes in training specialists in the field of cybersecurity, law, and law enforcement.

The class on the topic "Development of views on improving business processes" for cadets of ERI No. 4 was conducted by Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines Oleksii Susidenko together with Professor of the Faculty of Management of Warsaw University of Technology Waldemar Izdebski.

Professor of the Department of Counteracting Cybercrime of the ERI No. 4 Vasyl Luchyk and a teacher of the same department, a participant in hostilities Vadym Maltsev, together with cadets of the ERI No. 4 and a student of the ERI No. 5, introduced 11th grade lyceum students to the specialties and educational programs of KhNUIA.
