Cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 won the first place in the fifth quest contest «Treasure search in the sea of information – online detective» dedicated to the application of OSINT methods. The event was aimed at researching the risks of human trafficking and illegal migration.

Second-year cadets of the ERI No. 1 Anastasiia MIROSHNYCHENKO, Oleksandra PAVLIUK, Alevtyna SHTOHRINA, fourth-year cadet of the ERI No. 4 Volodymyr LISOVOL and their lecturers took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Economic, Legal and Financial Accounting of Sustainable Development: Modern Challenges and Trends».

Cadets of the Educational and Reseach Institute No. 4 joined the participation in a number of international scientific and practical conferences held in different countries of the world. As a result of the events, all participants received certificates confirming their contribution to the development of scientific work. Such events contribute to increasing the level of professional training, the development of scientific interests and the formation of research competencies of young people.

Oleh MAHALIAS, first-year cadet of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, met with graduates of support educational institution Dunaivtsi Lyceum of Khmelnytskyi region. He talked about the peculiarities of admission to a police university, educational programs, opportunities for practical training in units of the National Police.

Table tennis competitions were held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, which united cadets and students around sports drive and fair play. Previously, qualifying stages were held in each institute, according to the results of which teams of three participants were formed, who presented the ERI No. 1-5.

Andrii HOLISH, first-year cadet of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4, held a career orientation meeting with graduates of Nelipynsk SEI I-III degrees of Nelipynsk Village Council of Mukachevo district of Transcarpathian region.

A meeting of cadets with specialists of the Department of Criminal Analysis of the MDNP in Kharkiv region took place at the ERI No. 4. Deputy Head of the Department of Analytical Work Andrii SERVATOVSKYI and Head of the Department of Operational Monitoring Roman MYSHECHKIN discussed with the applicants the peculiarities of the activities of criminal analysts.

The regular lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was held on the topic "Modern Challenges of Tactical and Special Training of Police Officers". The lesson were conducted by the Heads of the scientific and practical circle of the Department of Tactical and Special Training "SHIELD".

Second-year cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 Bohdan MAKALISH, Vladyslav BEZNOSHCHENKO, Yaroslav KAMIANSKYI held a meeting with graduates of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum No. 16 of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council of Khmelnytskyi region.

In the All-Ukrainian cyber security competition in the format Capture the Flag – Kharkiv Regional Rookie CTF 2025, the national teams of the Educational and Reseach Institute No. 4 of KhNUIA won prizes: I and II places in the category «1-2 course» and II place in the category «3-4 course».
