The winners of the essay contest in English on the topic "European Instruments for Human Rights Protection" for higher education students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs have been announced.

The Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held the first International Scientific and Practical Conference within the framework of the European Union Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module "Digital Transformation of Rights: EU Experience".

Serhii Shatrava, Head of the Research on the Issues of Pre-trial Investigation of KhNUIA, Olena Dzhafarova, Head of the Department of Police and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3, and Valerii Matus, Lecturer at the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, have successfully completed the online module of the joint project of the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) and the TOPCOP project.

We invite applicants for higher education of KhNUIA to take part in the essay contest in English "European instruments for Human Rights Protection" on the occasion of the Europe Day in Ukraine, organized by the Department of International Cooperation and the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 with the support of EUAM Ukraine.

Lecturers of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continue to be trained as part of the course "Training of Trainers in the Training of Risks Associated with Explosive Objects".

At the initiative of Oleksii Shumilo, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, curator of training groups, the NGO "League of Modern Women" held a two-day educational training for cadets "Agreed? We have a deal!". The event was supported by the International Organization Americares, which implements the project "Women for Women: Psychosocial Health and Psychosocial Support Programs".

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in an online meeting of the consortium of the international project "Sustainability and internationalization capacity for the modernization of higher education for newcomers from the Eastern Partnership countries" (SIN-NEC).

We invite applicants for higher education and research and teaching staff of KhNUIA to join the NATO initiative. To celebrate its 75th anniversary, NATO has launched a digital time capsule. The Alliance has been collecting artifacts since 2024 to preserve moments of the present and messages for the future.
