Yuliia Bortnyk, a lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty №4, attended the international online webinar "A GPS for learning: using formative assessment to track progress" by Cambridge Assessment English, which focused on the use of formative assessment to track student progress.

Iryna Antol, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took an online course "Protecting the Rights of Whistleblowers" through the platform of massive open online courses of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (https://nazk.gov.ua/uk/).

Nataliia Filipska, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4, conducted two two-day trainings on "Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of people with disabilities in police work and ethics of communication with them" for police officers of the Preventive Sector of the Main Department of the National Police in Zaporizhzhia and Sumy regions.

Artem Bilousov, a senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4, attended two international online trainings from Dinternal Education, where they discussed the assessment of learning achievements (speaking) in foreign language classes.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs were awarded certificates for the successful completion of training modules on the CEPOL online educational platform within the TOPCOP project (Eastern Partnership Cooperation in the Fight against Organized Crime)

The Head of the Research Laboratory for Psychological Support of Law Enforcement at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police Lieutenant Colonel Oleksii Serdiuk and Assistant to the Rector on Gender Issues Oksana Tsukan took part in the kick-off meeting of the international research consortium of the Horizon of Europe RESONANT project, co-implemented by Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The IV International Scientific and Practical Forum "Good Governance and Building Integrity in the Security and Defense Sector" was attended by representatives of international organizations and corruption prevention units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine and other bodies.

 On the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day, the first hackathon on building integrity and preventing corruption in the security and defense sector of Ukraine was held in partnership with representatives of the NATO Building Integrity Program, the UK Defense Academy's BI Program and the Center for Defense Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Norway.

The team of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, consisting of higher education students majoring in Cybersecurity and Information Protection, took part in the international cybersecurity competition in the format Capture the Flag - University CTF 2023: Brains & Bytes (https://ctf.hackthebox.com/event/details/university-ctf-2023-brains-bytes-1231) on the Hack The Box Internet platform.

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, attended the International Online Webinar "Teaching grammar for young learners" from Cambridge University Press and Assessment, which discussed modern methods of teaching English grammar: the use of certain strategies and tools necessary for communication.
