The Council of Europe HELP course on "Children's Rights - Key Challenges" was attended by the Dean of the Faculty № 3 Hennadii Zvirianskyi, his Deputy for Educational and Methodological Work Hryhorii Dzhahupov, Head of the Department of Police and Public Administration Olena Dzhafarova, Head of the Research Laboratory on Pre-trial Investigation Serhii Shatrava and Master's student of the Faculty № 3 Daniil Zinchenko.

The Horizon Europe Program Committee "Civilian Security for Society" is one of the committees operating within the framework of the European Union's Horizon Europe program (Brussels, Belgium). The committee is responsible for developing and implementing research and innovation in the field of civilian security to protect society from various threats.

Oleksandr Mozhaiev, Professor of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA, and Mykhailo Tsuranov, Senior Lecturer of the same department, received Wildau-Kharkiv-IT-Bridge (WKITB) certificates, which is part of the DAAD program "Ukraine digital: Ensuring academic success in times of crisis (2023)".

Mykola Borovyk, Head of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3, and senior lecturers of the department Oleksandr Skliar and Mykhailo Inshekov completed an educational course on non-technical inspection and prevention of risks from explosive devices. The course was held with the assistance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs with the participation of Tetra Tech instructors (USA).

The Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a presentation of the Jean Monnet module "Digital Transformation of Rights: EU Experience" DITRARI_EU - 101127785, implemented with the support of the EU Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.

Olena Dzhafarova, Head of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Professor, Lieutenant Colonel of Police, and Daniil Zinchenko, a Master's student of Faculty No. 3, Senior Lieutenant of Police, have completed online courses of the Council of Europe under the HELP program on Data Protection and Privacy Rights.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - Vice-Rector, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Police Colonel Oleksandr Muzychuk and Assistant to the Rector, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Oksana Tsukan took part in the first meeting of the consortium of the international project "Sustainability and Internationalization Capacity for the Modernization of Higher Education for Debutants from the Eastern Partnership Countries", which took place in Teramo (Italy).

Representatives of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines, the Department of Constitutional and International Law, the Department of International Cooperation, as well as representatives of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the online webinar "Defense Action Plan 1325 The Netherlands - Integrating Gender into the Armed Forces of the Netherlands".

Nadiia Serhiienko, a specialist of the Department of International Cooperation of KhNUIA, took part in an international webinar organized within the framework of the project "Standing Together. Improving the support system for victims of war-related sexual violence".
