Tetiana Ponomarenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, took part in the VI Winter School of European Studies "EU Social Policy and Cohesion Policy: Policy Development and Implementation", which brought together higher education students, young scientists, postgraduates, doctoral students, researchers, academic staff, representatives of professional communities and civil society.

Vasyl Korniienko, Head of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1, PhD, Associate Professor, conducted a binary lecture in English for students of the University of Michigan in the United States of America via zoom conference. The topic of the lecture: "The Role of the UN International Police in Armed Conflict Zones".

Artem Bilousov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, took part in the international online webinar "Feedback and Error Correction Strategies in Exam Preparation Learn from Experience" from National Geographic Learning and Linguist Publishing House.

Iryna Kazanchuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1, took part in a series of international online webinars on the topics "Research Smart: The Most Influential New Specializations and Research Areas in 2023" and "Basic Web of Science Capabilities for Research" from the series "Clarivate for Scientists".

The Council of Europe HELP course on "Children's Rights - Key Challenges" was attended by the Dean of the Faculty № 3 Hennadii Zvirianskyi, his Deputy for Educational and Methodological Work Hryhorii Dzhahupov, Head of the Department of Police and Public Administration Olena Dzhafarova, Head of the Research Laboratory on Pre-trial Investigation Serhii Shatrava and Master's student of the Faculty № 3 Daniil Zinchenko.

The Horizon Europe Program Committee "Civilian Security for Society" is one of the committees operating within the framework of the European Union's Horizon Europe program (Brussels, Belgium). The committee is responsible for developing and implementing research and innovation in the field of civilian security to protect society from various threats.

Oleksandr Mozhaiev, Professor of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA, and Mykhailo Tsuranov, Senior Lecturer of the same department, received Wildau-Kharkiv-IT-Bridge (WKITB) certificates, which is part of the DAAD program "Ukraine digital: Ensuring academic success in times of crisis (2023)".

Mykola Borovyk, Head of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3, and senior lecturers of the department Oleksandr Skliar and Mykhailo Inshekov completed an educational course on non-technical inspection and prevention of risks from explosive devices. The course was held with the assistance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs with the participation of Tetra Tech instructors (USA).
