Participation in an online seminar within the NATO Building Integrity Program

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in an online seminar on building integrity organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in cooperation with the NATO Building Integrity Program. The event was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the NATO International Staff and the NATO Representation to Ukraine.

Participation in the international scientific event "POEtykON, czuli maraton z poezją na wyrywki"

On World Poetry Day, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6, Candidate of Philological Sciences Nataliia Kobylko joined the international scientific event "POEtykON, czuli maraton z poezją na wyrywki" from the University of Silesia in Katowice (Poland).

KhNUIA representatives participated in the meeting of the General Assembly of the Horizon 2020 program project and the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS 2023)

The annual World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) is a global multilateral platform to support implementation of the World Summit on the Information Society`s lines of action to promote the Sustainable Development Goals, organized by the International Telecommunication Union (a specialized agency of the United Nations), UNESCO, UNDP and UNCTAD (a of the UN General Assembly) in close cooperation with all coordinators and facilitators of the WSIS Action Lines and other UN organizations.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Oleksii Salmanov remotely participated in the international conference "The 10th International scientific and practical conference "Modern methods of applying scientific theories", held by the European organization of scientists "International Science Group".

Participation in the training on investigation of war/international crimes

Vadym Maltsev, a lecturer of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty №4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in a training on war crimes investigation organized by the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine on the basis of the National Academy of Internal Affairs.

Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty №4 Andrii Voitsikhovskyi took part in the Council of Europe Conference "Protection of Children's Rights during the War and Post-War Period in Ukraine", organized by the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine.

Participation in CEPOL training "Workshop on Artificial Intelligence"

Yurii Onyshchenko, Deputy Dean of the Faculty No. 4 for Educational and Methodological Work of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, attended the practical training of the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (СЕРОL) "Workshop on Artificial Intelligence including data protection, including on data minimization and anonymization", which took place in Budapest on the basis of the International Training Center of the Hungarian Police "NOK ITC" and received the corresponding certificate.

Participation in a webinar on the use of innovative textbooks

The head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA Olena Stativka and lecturers of the same department Valentyna Pochuieva, Larysa Sazanova, Oleh Honcharuk and Artem Bilousov took part in the international online webinar "Ready to roll with Marbles: a whole-child approach to connect the classroom with the outside world" and got acquainted with the practical manuals of the Helbling English publishing house.
