Professor of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA Oleh HONCHARUK took part in the International Scientific Conference "Science in the Context of Current Challenges: from Theory to Practice", which was held in an online format in Riga (Latvia).

The online meeting on the topic: "Ukraine in which I want to live. Socio-psychological aspects of society" was held under the chairmanship of the associate professor of the department Olena SHAKHOVA. The event was attended by students and teachers of the department, who listened to reports by circle members Ruslan MILKO, Olha SHYPULINA and Victoria KIRKO.

The II International Scientific and Practical Conference was held on this topic in Riga (Latvia), which was attended by Professor of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities and Crime Detection of the ERI No. 2, Candidate of Law, Senior Researcher Oleksii DEREVIAHIN, together with students.

Professor of the Department of Operational-Investigative Activities and Crime Detection of the ERI No. 2, Oleksii DEREVIAHIN, together with students, joined the work of the XXI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Science, Trends and Realities: Current Trends and Development", which was held in Krakow (Poland).

The Head of the circle, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Yurii CHALYI summed up the work of the circle for the 2024/2025 academic year and informed the participants about the directions of further scientific research, which are determined by the needs of updating the civil legislation of Ukraine.

Olena YUSHKEVYCH, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, participated in the Spring School for Graduate Students and Young Scientists "Academic Writing and Open Scientific Practices", which was held at the initiative of the Alliance of Ukrainian Universities and the Scientific Libraries Cooperation Group.

University Rector Valerii SOKURENKO took part in the seventh meeting of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which was held under the chairmanship of the State Secretary of the Ministry Inna YASHCHUK. The event was held at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

A meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5 was held, dedicated to the topic of the fight for the elimination of racial discrimination. Student Yevhenia KOZLOVA delivered a thematic report.

A master class on the formation of a barrier-free space and equal opportunities was held within the framework of the session of the section "Strategy for the innovative development of general and legal psychology" of the XVI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Legal Science and State Building in Ukraine in the Context of Integration Processes".

Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertise Valerii PCHOLKIN and Chief Researcher of the Research Laboratory on the Problems of Legal Support of Police Activities and Combating Crime Olena FEDOSOVA took part in the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference "European Congress of Scientific Inventions".
