
The Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1, headed by Oksana PCHELINA, held a regular meeting of the scientific circle "Scientia vinces" on the topic "Digital Evidence in Criminal Process: Challenges and Prospects". The Head of the circle outlined problematic theoretical and practical issues related to the topic of the meeting.

A regular meeting of the scientific circle "Young Administrativeists" of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 3 was held, dedicated to the topical topic "Adherence to the principles and requirements of academic integrity in scientific activity."

During the event, the issues of implementing current decisions of the Academic Council of KhNUIA, the state of academic success of cadets, staffing of the educational process, the activities of scientific circles of departments under martial law, and the spread of the practice of involving higher education students in non-formal (informal) education activities were considered.

As part of international scientific activities, cadets of the ERI No. 1 Kira NABILSKA and Danylo TESLIA, under the scientific guidance of the Deputy Director of the Institute for Educational and Scientific Research Activities Oleksii SALMANOV, took part online in the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Scientific Trends in the Development of Modern Technologies and Inventions."

The meeting of the scientific and practical circle of the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of the ERI No. 4 was held with the participation of the Director of the ERI No. 4 Mykola MARCHUK, Head of the Department Lidiia KALIENICHENKO, Professor of the Department Svitlana LUCHYK, Associate Professor of the Department Anatolii TYMOSHYN, and Lecturer of the Department Iryna DOVHAN.

Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Doctor of Philology, Professor Ihor CHORNYI joined the work of the VII International Scientific Conference "Innovations and Scientific Potential of the World", which took place in the city of Sumy.

On the initiative of Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1, Tetiana SHEVCHUK, as part of the implementation of informal education activities, members of the department's scientific circle took an online course "The Threat of Exploitation of Women Online: Avoiding Risks" on the Prometheus educational platform.

The event was held as part of the celebration of the European Day against Trafficking in Human Beings, during which the participants focused on discussing the current issues of combating human trafficking - one of the most serious crimes against fundamental human rights and freedoms.

The active members of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1, led by Associate Professor of the Department Tetiana SHEVCHUK, joined the work of the round table "Lawmaking in the Field of Criminal Justice: On the Path from War to Peace."

The presentation of the seventh edition of the Scientific and Practical Commentary on the Civil Code of Ukraine took place at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The publication is based on the analysis of civil law and the generalization of judicial practice, and contains an article-by-article interpretation of the current Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as other legislative acts.
