Tetiana Ponomarenko, the head of Veritas scientific club at the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held a class on the topic "Formation of gender culture of future law enforcement officers in the context of Euro-Atlantic integration". She emphasized that gender equality is one of the principles of human rights, the basis for the democratic development of states and the world community.
The event was held at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, which brought together scientists, adjuncts, graduate students, practitioners of judicial and law enforcement agencies to discuss theoretical and practical problems of investigating war crimes, summarizing scientific and practical experience.
Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security Iryna Kyrieieva took part in the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Transformation of the Legal System of Ukraine: Challenges of the Present", which was held in a mixed form at the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Political Science of Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University.
The participants honored the memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, who gave their lives defending the principles of democracy, freedom and independence of Ukraine, and the right of Ukrainians to determine their future. The topic "Problems of legal support of the organization and activities of the National Police of Ukraine and other law enforcement agencies since the beginning of the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine" was offered for discussion.
Olena Yushkevych, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1, took part in the III All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Children's Safety on the Internet: Prevention, Education, Interaction" and made a presentation on "Involvement of minors in illegal actions regarding drugs through the digital environment".
The meeting on the organization of scientific activities in higher education institutions with specific learning conditions that belong to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was organized by the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Serhii Lukianenko, a lecturer at the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, together with Serhii Zarutskyi, Senior Inspector of the Preventive Activities Department of Sumy District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Sumy Region, Police Captain, conducted a binary class on the subject "Preventive Work with Accountable Persons".
A scientific and practical manual "Investigation of War Crimes and War-Related Criminal Offenses: Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural and Forensic Aspects" was published, prepared by a team of scientists from the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs under the general editorship of the Rector of the University, Doctor of Law, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine Valerii Sokurenko.
