The event was chaired by the Rector of the University Valerii Sokurenko. At the beginning of the meeting, he congratulated the founder and first rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, People's Deputy of Ukraine of four convocations, Academician of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Colonel-General of the Police Oleksandr Bandurka on his election to the high position of First Vice President of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.

Svitlana Petrovska, Associate Professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, and Ilona Nikolenko, 4th year student, took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Gender Policy under Martial Law: Legal Dimension", which was held at the Research Institute of Public Law with the assistance of Kateryna Levchenko, Government Commissioner for Gender Policy.

The Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1 held a meeting of the scientific club dedicated to the Constitution Day of Ukraine and held in a mixed mode: in person and remotely. The scientific event was attended by 1-3 year cadets of Faculties 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Participants of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, with the support of the Head of the School Vitalii Naida, took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Protection of Children's Rights in the Context of Military Aggression" and prepared abstracts. The conference was held online at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

A regular optional lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on "Actual problems of labor law in the research of young scientists and their impact on the development of legal awareness of citizens" was held by Professor of the Department of Labor and Commercial Law of the Faculty № 2 Yevhen Podorozhnii.

Olena Yushkevych, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, PhD in Law, took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Protection of Children's Rights in the Context of Military Aggression" held by Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

Nataliia Kobylko, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, Faculty № 6, PhD in Philology, joined the international scientific event - the ProzatON marathon, organized by the University of Silesia in Katowice (Poland) with the assistance of NAWA (National Agency for Academic Exchange).

Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 Andrii Voitsikhovskyi took part in the International Scientific and Practical Round Table "Retrospective of the Russian military aggression against Ukraine: crimes against peace, human security and international legal order in the modern dimension", Section 1 (A view of the Russian armed aggression against Ukraine in the context of International Humanitarian Law).

As part of the work of the scientific group of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the head of the group, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Svitlana Lozova and student Kateryna Briantseva took part in the meeting No. 5 of the permanent International Scientific and Practical Conference

Valerii Pcholkin, Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics of the Faculty No. 6, Doctor of Law, and Olena Fedosova, Deputy Head of the Research Laboratory for Scientific Support of Law Enforcement and Quality of Training, Doctor of Law, Senior Researcher, took part in the II Digital International Congress of Criminologists "Instruments and Technologies of Criminalistics and Forensic Sciences Teaching in University Education".
