Roman Dmytriiev, a participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, 1st year cadet of the Faculty № 3, became a semi-finalist of the II All-Ukrainian Youth Competition “Legal Education of the Future”. Under the scientific guidance of Vitalii Naida, Head of the School of Scientific Leadership, researcher at the Research Laboratory for Psychological Support of Law Enforcement, the cadet prepared an essay on “Modern Challenges for Legal Education: the Need for Reforms and Innovations”.

Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine Volodymyr Hrechenko took part in the VI International Scientific and Theoretical Conference "The process and dynamics of scientific path" held in the capital of Greece, Athens.

The purpose of the conference was not only to analyze existing problems, but also to develop effective strategies and approaches to solve them. Participants discussed a wide range of issues related to police activities in wartime, the latest methods of organizing public administration, the development of modern police science, and ensuring human rights and freedoms.

On the eve of the Constitution Day of Ukraine, the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held an online roundtable on "National and International Mechanisms for the Protection of Human Rights in the Context of Armed Conflict".

Volodymyr Shapoval, Professor of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, Faculty № 6, Doctor of Philosophy, took part online in the All-Ukrainian (with international participation) scientific conference "Philosophy of Ludwig Andreas Feuerbach (1804-1872) and Modernity" dedicated to the 220th anniversary of the philosopher's birth.

The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs pays great attention to the scientific work of cadets and students, strongly supports their scientific initiatives and is proud of their achievements. The department has a scientific club, which consists of 30 cadets and students (the head of the club is senior lecturer Tetiana Kalchenko).

The All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference was opened by Valerii Sokurenko, Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Police General of the third rank.

The Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1, Doctor of Law, Professor Yurii Orlov became a moderator and speaker at the scientific and practical round table "Protection of Human Rights in the Ukrainian Model of Transitional Justice".

Volodymyr Hrechenko, Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty № 6, Doctor of History, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, took part online in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Current State and Priorities of Modernization of Science, Education and Society".

The annual final meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Fundamental and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty № 6 was held. It was held by the head of the scientific group, Associate Professor Stanislav Pevko and a lecturer of the same department Ksenia Hurtova. They summarized the results of the scientific work of the members of the group and determined further plans for scientific activity.
