
Representatives of scientific institutions and higher education institutions joined the information forum dedicated to the information days and brokerage events of the Horizon Europe program in the direction of "Civil Security for Society", held by the European Commission in the first half of 2025.

The first-year cadets of the ERI No. 1 visited the preschool educational institution No. 17 "Svitliachok" of Kamianets-Podilskyi city council, with which they maintain patronage relations. As always, the youth did not visit the children empty-handed. They brought the children a lot of useful things: stationery, sweets and other necessary things, and most importantly - they gave them attention and care.

Employees of the International Cooperation Department of KhNUIA joined the discussion “Expectations of Ukrainians from EU accession”, which took place within the framework of the “Towards the EU” program, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation with the financial support of the Embassy of Ireland in Ukraine.

As part of their non-formal (informal) education, cadets of the ERI No. 1 completed the course "Information Security" on the Prometheus online educational platform, developed in cooperation with the NATO Information and Documentation Center in Ukraine. The course was aimed at increasing digital literacy and developing skills to counter modern cyber threats.

A training and practical event was held for cadets of the ERI No. 1, dedicated to mastering a modern digital tool - the “Investigation Protocols” application. The event was held by representatives of the investigative unit of Kamianets-Podilskyi DPD of the Main Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region and employees of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation.

As part of his training at the Junior Commanders School, the university's Vice-Rector, Serhii BORTNYK, held a meeting with representatives of the ERI No. 2 and No. 3. The Vice-Rector focused on strict adherence to the law, discipline, the requirements of the Police Officer's Oath, statutes, orders, as well as the norms of morality, professional and service ethics.

Within the framework of implementing the provisions of the concluded Memorandum of Understanding, a working meeting of the leadership of KhNUIA was held with representatives of the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Program (PFRU) - Senior Advisor to the Project "Order and Security of the Population" Astrit ISTREFI and Advisor to the same project Anton KHARKIVETS.

Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights took part in another online lecture organized by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The event was dedicated to the topical topic: "The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court: procedural tools for ensuring the unity of judicial practice."

Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Olena SYNIAVSKA and Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Yulia ZAHUMENNA joined the work of the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Public Service: Vectors of Reform in Conditions of Martial Law", which was held at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

Advanced training and participation in scientific conferences are important factors in the professional development of lecturers of higher education institutions. Modern requirements for the quality of the educational process, innovative trends in the field of science and technology necessitate constant updating of the knowledge of the teaching staff.
