Second-year students of the ERI No. 4, studying in the specialty "Accounting and Taxation (Accounting Analytics)", presented the results of their research in the discipline "Enterprise Finance". The main goal of the work performed is to form theoretical knowledge and practical skills in analyzing the financial and economic activities of an enterprise.

During February-June of this year, academic staff and students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in a series of lectures given by foreign partner scientists. The series of five lectures was organized by the TransJus Research Institute of the University of Barcelona.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1 Oleksandr KHAN, as part of the expert group of the Center for Political and Legal Reforms, participated in the preparation of the Report on the results of the analysis of judicial practice on corruption and corruption-related criminal offenses in 2023.

Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5 Kateryna MANNAPOVA completed training for psychologists working with victims of captivity and torture. The training, initiated by Libereco, the NGO "Somatic Experiencing Ukraine" and the NGO Resource Center "Lisova Polyana", took place in Odesa.

In the barrier-free driving school of KhNUIA, practical training is conducted in an adapted car with manual control and other means that meet the individual needs of the student. Andrii LIUBIMENKO receives comprehensive knowledge of traffic rules, and also masters safe driving skills.

Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy Pavlo CHERVONYI completed an online course within the framework of the educational program "AI Academy for Educators from GOOGLE". During the training, participants increased their level of digital competence, mastering AI tools for personalizing the educational process.

Alina PIDDUBNA, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation, held an online conversation with cadets of the ERI No. 1 with the aim of forming national consciousness, affirming patriotic values, and fostering a responsible attitude towards the historical past and present of Ukraine.

The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA - Head Olena STATIVKA, Professor Oleh HONCHARUK, Associate Professors Valentyna POCHUIEVA and Valentyna KOCHYNA, Senior Lecturers Larysa SAZANOVA and Artem BILOUSOV - participated in the International Online Webinar "Help, I'm Competing Against AI: Human vs Artificial Intelligence in Language Teaching".

Following the results of the 2024-2025 academic year, on behalf of the Director of the Institute, Oksana BRUSAKOVA, Deputy Director Ella TVERDOKHLIB announced awards to the best students who demonstrated a high level of academic preparation, were actively engaged in scientific research work, etc.

Within the course, students considered issues related to the procedure for identification, classification and tactical and technical characteristics of explosives; the procedure for conducting non-technical, technical inspections of territories allegedly contaminated with explosive objects; marking of territories contaminated with explosive objects.
