During a class at the TDC No. 4 of Kamianets-Podilskyi Main Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region, students of the ERI No. 5 got acquainted with the structure of the institution, the specifics of its activities, internal regulations and responsibilities of employees. The head of the TDC Volodymyr SOKOLAN spoke about each stage of the organization of work.

Police officers of the community sector PCO No. 1 of the community interaction department of Kamianets-Podilskyi DPD of the Main Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region Roman PERCHEKLII and Oleksandr YURCHYK, together with the Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Activity of the ERI No. 3 Diana KIRIKA, conducted a lesson for cadets of the ERI No. 4 specializing in "Law enforcement activities".

Representatives of Sumy branch of KhNUIA visited Poltava Lyceum with enhanced military and physical training named after Vitalii Hrytsaienko and familiarized young people with the conditions for admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the features of training under a state order and a contract form, and career prospects in law enforcement agencies.

Curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational conversations with students of the ERI No. 1-5 on the occasion of Unity Day on February 16, 2022 and the events that Ukraine experienced in the first year of the full-scale invasion of the enemy.

The state program "eBook" was launched on December 16, 2024. It allows those who turned 18 in 2024 or will turn 18 in 2025 to receive funds to purchase books in print or electronic versions. The initiative is implemented by the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ukrainian Book Institute.

The participants discussed a number of important issues related to the development of student life and new initiatives. The Chairman of the Parliament Mykola Sorochyshyn outlined plans for the near future, including the organization of a brain-ring between educational and research institutes. They also discussed the university's participation in the aGAIN 3.0 Student Government Development Workshop program.

Lecturers of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Mykola PIDOIMA, Andrii SIADRYSTYI and Serhii IVASHYNA held a career guidance event for students of Kozelshchyna Lyceum of Kozelshchyna village council in Poltava region.

As part of career guidance work, Kateryna PENZIEVA, a senior lecturer at the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science at the ER №1, introduced the final year students of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum №3 to the specialties in which KhNUIA trains specialists for police units.

An integral part and the final stage of training of applicants for higher education of the second (master's) level in the specialty 081 “Law” of the ERI №1 is an internship in the pre-trial investigation units of the National Police. As a result, the students defended the results of the internship using a police quest and drafting procedural documents.

Yevhen TATUNKO, Senior Inspector of the Domestic Violence Sector of the Community Relations Department of Vinnytsia Regional Police, with the participation of Olena DZHAFAROVA, Head of the Department of Administrative Activities, and Natalia HRIDINA, Associate Professor of the same department, conducted a class with freshmen of the ERI No. 3.
