Nadiia CHEPELIEVA, a lecturer at the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Educational and Research Institute №5, held an online career guidance meeting with parents of graduates of Kharkiv Lyceum №6, visiting a parent-teacher conference. She familiarized those present with the conditions of admission to the Educational and Research Institute No. 5.

Natalia HROM, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Administrative Activity of the ERI #3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, conducted a class with cadets on the topic: “Organization of the activities of the units (Custody Records) of the National Police of Ukraine”.

Kateryna MANNAPOVA, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology at the ERI #5, and Nadiia CHEPELIEVA, Senior Lecturer at the same department, conducted a binary class for 4th year students with the participation of Yevhen PIDCHASOV, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology at H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

For the applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education of the ERI №5, lawyer Kateryna ANISHCHENKO together with Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure Volodymyr KROITOR held a binary lesson on the discipline “Modern Problems of Alternative Consideration of Civil Cases”.

This was the topic of the International Conference, which was remotely joined by a participant of the School of Scientific Leadership of KhNUIA, 1st year cadet of the ERI #2 Mykhailo SLYVA. He presented a report on the topic “Directions of development of scientific and creative activity of students dedicated to the problems of international humanitarian law”.

Representatives of the academic staff and students of the ERI №5 took part in a guest lecture on “Tools for researching mobile devices of intruders”. The event was held at the initiative of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA-technologies of the ERI №5.

Ceremonial events on the occasion of the start of the specialization courses for community police officers took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was attended by Valerii SOKURENKO, Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police General of the third rank, Vice-Rectors of the university, management of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning, and course participants - representatives of thirteen Main Directorates of the National Police and the Patrol Police Department.

Cadets of the Educational and Research Institute #2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in Vinnytsia Regional Judo Championship among young people under 21. According to the results of the competition, they won gold and bronze in their weight categories. The athletes were trained by the coach of the university's sambo team, Yuriy OSIPIAN.

For students of the ERI No. 2, the class was conducted by Oleksii MANYK, Acting Head of the Investigation Sector of the Police Department No. 1 of  Kharkiv Regional Police, together with Oleksandr KHAN, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1.

For the students of the ERI №5, an online class on “The main guidelines for distinguishing between criminal offenses in the field of official activity and professional activities related to the provision of public services” was held by the prosecutor of Bohodukhiv District Prosecutor's Office, PhD Olesia ARSENI.
