The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs who served to protect the state border of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region were awarded. The issues of challenges and opportunities for Ukraine in case of its accession to NATO, development prospects, and the experience of NATO member countries were discussed. Organized into groups, the students discussed the reasons why Ukraine is not ready to join the Alliance.
