
Mykola Sorochyshyn, the Head of KhNUIA Cadet and Student Parliament, met with the final year students of Rakhniv-Lisnyi Lyceum No. 2 of Shpykivka village community in Tulchyn district, Vinnytsia region. He told the high school students about the conditions and rules of admission to the police university and the work of the preparatory department.

The Institute of International Education's Scholarship Fund is the only global programme that organises, funds and supports scholarships for researchers at partner higher education institutions around the world. The approach to this work is to give priority to internships for Ukrainian scholars at universities in Poland and other Eastern European countries.

As part of the ‘Visit Your Home School’ campaign, 2nd year cadet of the ERI №3 Andrii Bodnar met with pupils of Lozova Gymnasium №1 of Sharhorod City Council of Zhmerynka District, Vinnytsia Region. The student told about the peculiarities of studying at a higher education institution that trains future law enforcement officers and shared his own experience of entering a police university.

Pupils of Koropets Regional Boarding Lyceum with enhanced military and physical training, who plan to become specialists in the field of law enforcement agencies, joined the interactive communication with the staff and cadets of KhNUIA. A career guidance meeting with the students and the lyceum's director Tetiana Stefanyshyn was held at Viacheslav Chornovil Lyceum in Ivano-Frankivsk.

On behalf of the Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko, the Rector in 2012-2015 Serhii Husarov, the Assistant to the Rector Anatolii Klochko and the Chairman of the Board of the NGO ‘Association of Veterans of Internal Affairs of KhNUIA’ Serhii Katsalap congratulated the veterans and pensioners of the University.

The management of the ERI №5 organised a regular meeting with students majoring in 125 ‘Cybersecurity and Information Protection’ to prepare for the Unified State Qualification Exam. The Unified State Qualification Exam is a standardised form of control over the achievement of learning outcomes by the student.

The participants discussed a number of important issues, in particular the organisation of the educational process, the examination session, compliance with the internal regulations, and the rules of residence in the hostel. Vice-rector Serhii Bortnyk noted that the university management is doing everything to ensure that young people have modern conditions for studying and living.

Representatives of the ERI №2 - senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Training Volodymyr Yevtushok and senior lecturers of the Department of Special Physical Training Mykhailo Inshekov and Kostiantyn Butenko held career guidance meetings with senior pupils of Rokytne Lyceum №2 in Rivne region and municipal institution ‘Lyceum №34’ of Kharkiv City Council.

With the assistance of the Main Department of the National Police in Chernivtsi region, the Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI №1 Yurii Orlov, the lecturer of the same department Olena Horash, and the Deputy Head of the course Ruslan Yedin held an online meeting with the final year students of secondary education institutions in Chernivtsi and their parents.

Larysa Sazanova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA, took part in the international online webinar ‘Dynamic Teamwork: Strategies for Engaging All Learners’ from MM Publications and Linguistic LLC, where she got acquainted with practical strategies for engaging each student in active work.
