Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI № 5 Yulia Mytrofanova held a regular curatorial hour with second-year students of the speciality ‘Law Enforcement’ of the ERI № 5, which was devoted to the issues of academic integrity.

Kyrylo Cherevko, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI №1, held an online career guidance meeting with students of Ivanovetskyi Lyceum of Kelmenetska territorial community of Chernivtsi region. He told the graduates about the conditions of admission and study at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

As part of the career guidance work, Nataliia Olendra, Senior Lecturer of the Language Training Department of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, met with the graduating class of Netishyn Academic Lyceum of Netishyn City Council of Shepetivka District, Khmelnytskyi Region.

The Rector of the University, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko on behalf of the Academic Council congratulated and awarded diplomas to the participants of the annual competition for the best scientific, scientific, technical and career guidance products in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial bodies, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in 2024.

Traditionally, on the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language, teachers, schoolchildren, students, scientists, politicians, public figures, as well as those who care about the fate of their native language both in their homeland and far beyond its borders, write a radio dictation of national unity. Holding such a large-scale event is an extremely important initiative to unite many fans around the Ukrainian language and culture.

For the first-year students of the ERI No. 1, a binary lesson on the topic ‘Measures of police coercion, handcuffing with observance of personal safety measures’ was conducted by senior lecturers of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2 Viktor Yasko and Mykhailo Bambuliak, a police platoon officer of the Patrol Police Battalion Maksym Tatarintsev.

Vitalii Kavkalo, Head of the Human Rights Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, together with Olena Yushkevych, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, conducted a binary class on ‘Social Conflicts and Professional Deformation of a Police Officer and Ways to Overcome It’.

On 28 October 2024 at 11.00 in the classroom UK18, Associate Professor of the Department of Language Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valentyna Kochyna will conduct an open practical lesson on the topic ‘Police equipment. Vehicles’ for applicants for a bachelor's degree.

Employees of the ERI № 5 held an online meeting with final year students and class teachers of Lyceum No. 66 in Kharkiv and Chuhuiv Lyceum No. 1 named after I. Riepin. Ella Tverdokhlib, Deputy Director of the ERI No. 5, acquainted the participants of the event with the material base of the university, the peculiarities of studying at the ERI No. 5 and the organisation of training for applicants at the preparatory courses.

Andrii Yashchenko, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI № 1, together with Mykhailo Zavalnyi, Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the ERI № 3, held a binary class on the discipline ‘Criminal Law’ for the 2nd year cadets of the ERI № 2 on the topic ‘Peculiarities of qualification of administrative and criminal offences committed in the presence of signs of complicity’.
