The topic of the “Barrier-free driving school” was discussed during a meeting with the management and specialists in supporting war veterans and demobilized veterans of the “Veteran PRO” residential complex of Kamianets-Podilskyi district council.

For first-year cadets of the ERI No. 1, during the cultural and educational hour, a familiarization excursion was held through the Old Town, which has preserved the unique architecture and atmosphere of past eras. One of the main stops on the route was the Trinitarian Church - a monument of sacred art, where the young people learned about the history and architectural features of the temple.

Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of KhNUIA, Doctor of Law Yulia ZAHUMENNA took part in a series of relevant scientific and educational events organized by the Directorate for the Development of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine together with the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine.

As part of the cooperation between the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of KhNUIA and the Department of Humanitarian Policy of Vinnytsia RMA, the university's cadets visited the regional cultural and artistic festival "Generation of Independents", which was held at Vinnytsia Regional Cultural Center "Shchedryk".

In Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia, as well as in many other cities of Ukraine, an annual patriotic race was held, which became a symbol of gratitude and memory of the defenders who gave their lives in the fight against Russian aggression. The event is timed to coincide with the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine.

A military and patriotic holiday was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs for cadets of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4 on the occasion of the end of the training camp. The competitions were a test of their endurance, courage and willingness to work in a team.

Ihor BOIKO, a lecturer at the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2 of KhNUIA, conducted adaptive boxing classes with a combatant Ihor BAZHAN, who was injured while performing combat missions near the village of Vilshany, Kupiansky district, Kharkiv region.

Educational practice is a mandatory component of the educational and professional program of training of applicants for higher education at the bachelor's degree. Its completion ensures the consolidation and deepening of theoretical knowledge obtained during the study of general theoretical and special legal disciplines, as well as the formation of skills and abilities of law enforcement practical activity.

The Head of the automotive training department, Oleksandr MARUNCHAK, together with driving instructor Viktor DZIADZIA, conducted a briefing for course participants, including combatants, persons with disabilities since childhood, cadets, students, etc. They familiarized them with the rules and features of organizing practical classes.

August 29 is the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine who died in the struggle for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko, the Deputy Ministers and Heads of the MIA Staff, the Commander of the National Police, the State Security Service of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine honored the memory of the Heroes who died for Ukraine.
