Today, students of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs became donors again. Young men and women donated blood at Kharkiv Regional Blood Center for military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine undergoing treatment.
Tetiana Orlova, associate professor of the Department of Criminology, Forensic Expertise and Pre-medical Training of KhNUIA, checked the training practice of the cadets of the Faculty No. 1, in particular, the conditions of service, the correctness of keeping individual diaries, as well as their cooperation with practice mentors from practical units.
Natalia Miloradova, professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of KhNUIA, curator of the study group of the Faculty No. 3, held a curatorial hour based on the results of the first winter session of first-year cadets. During the meeting, the peculiarities and difficulties encountered by the cadets in the process of preparing for tests and exams were analyzed.
Associate professors of the Department of Sociology and Psychology, Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Yuliia Tverdokhvalova and Lada Chepiha, completed training under the program "Training of trainers on psychological first aid, self-care and mitigation of burn-out to care-providers; modern models of dealing with loss and bereavement" and received certificates.
At Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the exhibition of creative works of Kyiv sculptor Oleksii Leonov "Lights of Humanity" is underway. The cadets of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, who visited the exhibition, were addressed by the vice-rector of the university, Anatolii Klochko. He noted that the sculptures created by the author are filled with moral purity and spiritual perfection. They call to think about the meaning of life and the search for truth.
Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Process of the Faculty No. 1 Police Colonel Iryna Kazanchuk took part online in the work of the 1st International scientific and practical conference "Innovations and prospects for the development of science and technology in the XXI century: challenges of the future", which took place in Lodz, Poland.
During a visit to the practical units of the MDNP in Kharkiv region, the assistant professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and the Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the Faculty No. 1 Alina Piddubna and the lecturer of the same department Kateryna Horbunova conducted an inspection of the training practice of the 3rd year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 and the completion of internships by the 4th year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 in the police departments No. 1 and No. 2 of Kharkiv District Police Department No. 1 and No. 2 of the MDNP in Kharkiv region.
At the exhibition of children's drawings, which was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in Vinnytsia, the works of children of university staff and pupils of "Sonechko" boarding school for children with special needs were presented. They created drawings for the creative competition "I am safe with the Ministry of Internal Affairs", which was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for St. Mykolai Day.
Schoolchildren of the senior classes of the Communal Institution of Sumy Specialized School of the I-III degrees No. 9 visited the educational laboratory of criminology of Sumy branch of KhNUIA. The excursion was conducted by the lecturer of Sumy Branch, a criminologist-practitioner Viktor Kyselov, who during the excursion managed not only to tell, but also to teach students to correctly identify traces of criminal activity, to distinguish between fake currency notes, etc.
Associate Professor of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Tetiana Bilous, completed the educational e-course "Resolve conflicts and build peace around me" from the NGO "LaStrada-Ukraine", the purpose of which is to increase the level of conflict-related competence of students, skills and abilities to resolve conflicts peacefully way, non-violent behavior and public position.
