Within the framework of the charity project «BRITISH forensic equipment in practical activity and educational process» from the British forensic units through the British Embassy, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has already received two batches of used forensic equipment, worth about 100,000 pounds.

Nataliia Yelnikova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Ukrainian Studies, Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, advanced her qualifications under the program "STEM education: scientific and practical aspects and prospects for the development of the modern education system in wartime conditions".

As part of the work of the research group of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertology of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the head of the group, candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor Svitlana Lozova and student Kateryna Briantseva prepared the abstracts of the report on the topic "Peculiarities of the examination of a corpse at the scene of the incident".

Head of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA Olena Stativka and lecturers of the same department Valentyna Pochuieva, Larysa Sazanova, Oleh Honcharuk and Artem Bilousov took part in the international online webinar "Complex, Grade-Level Text: An Excellence and Equity Tool for Language Learners" from National Geographic.

On the eve of the New Year and Christmas holidays, Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a competition for the best New Year's auditorium among first-year cadets for the first time. Each group carefully and creatively prepared for the competition: a truly festive New Year's atmosphere prevailed.

Work on popularizing the principles and rules of academic integrity at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continues. Kateryna Maravska, Ph.D., senior researcher of the Department of Organization of Scientific Work, Department of Organization of Scientific Activity and Protection of Intellectual Property, conducted a video lecture for applicants of higher education of Sumy branch of KhNUIA on issues of compliance with the principles and rules of academic integrity at the university.

The staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continue to provide assistance to servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Recently, they handed over military uniforms to the territorial defense fighters of Kharkiv region, who are heroically defending the country and their hometown from the Russian invaders.

The training and internship of the cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA in the practical units of the National Police of Ukraine continues. They are not left out of the attention and support of university teachers, who are always ready to consult, advise, and help in solving issues or unforeseen situations.

Dmytro Slynko, professor of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law of the Faculty No. 1, held a career orientation meeting with the administration of Kharkiv Secondary School of Grades I-III No. 91 of Kharkiv City Council of Kharkiv Region.
