At Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Alla Reuta, a lecturer in the cycle commission of the Aircraft Maintenance Service, organized and conducted a game-quest "Chemical quest for scholars, intellectuals and inquisitive people".
On the occasion of the Day of Honoring Retirees and Veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine, an award ceremony was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
At V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University the regional stage of the XXII Petro Yatsuk International Ukrainian Language Competition took place remotly in which Maksym Bezsmertnyi, a first-year cadet of the Faculty № 1 of the Department of Ukrainian Studies, took the second place.
The All-Ukrainian scientific and methodological seminar “Theoretical and applied problems of interaction of science, technology and engineering” was recently held at Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway Institute, which was attended by more than 30 participants from different universities of Ukraine. Among the participants was Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty № 6 KhNUIA Volodymyr Phapoval.
The regional social project “Security Academy” of the search group “LisaAlert” and the Center for Social Projects of the School of Scientific Leadership of the Faculty № 1 KhNUIA was awarded by the Chief of MDNP of Ukraine in Kharkiv region Police Colonel Stanislav Perlin.
Celebrations on the occasion of the Day of Honoring Retirees and Veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police of Ukraine took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. They were attended by the university's leadership headed by Rector, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko, People's Deputy of Ukraine Oleksandr Bakumov, Deputy Chief of Kharkiv Region, Police Colonel Serhii Chovpan, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine 2001-2003, Colonel General Yurii Smirnov, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine 2003–2005, Police Colonel General Serhii Husarov, veterans and retirees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine, university staff, cadets of the university.
A representative office of the Center for Ukrainian-Polish Development was opened at Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA. The event was attended by Ruslan Yakovlev, Director of Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA, Mykola Pakhnin, Director of the Center for Ukrainian-Polish Development of KhNUIA, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 6, Svetlana Kashuba, etc.
A new gym has been opened at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was attended by the Rector of KhNUIA, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko, Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Kobko, First Vice-Rector Colonel Dmytro Shvets, Rector of the University 2012-2015 Serhii Husarov, Vice-Rectors: Police Colonel Serhii Bortnyk, Mykhailo Burdin, Leonid Mohilevskyi, Anatolii Klochko, deans of faculties, lecturers-trainers of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training, cadets and students of the university – multiple winners of competitions in various sports.

Over time, your military service and achievements will not fade from our memory. Among you and those who went through the Second World War, overcame the post-war hardships, consequences of the Chernobyl disaster, did not bend to the rampant crime in the stormy 90's, passed the test of resilience and fidelity to duty in hotspots, chose the right for his country to Independence and selflessly defends it in eastern Ukraine.
During the morning line-up of the staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, cadets and students of the university who won prizes in competitions in various sports were awarded. Diplomas and medals were presented by University Rector, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko.
