Celebrations dedicated to the International Civil Aviation Day took place at Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Many guests were invited to the celebration: veterans, pilots, staff, cadets and college students.
The first degree diploma in the Textbooks category was awarded to the textbook "Judicial, Law Enforcement, Control and Supervision and Law Enforcement Bodies of Ukraine" edited by Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Serhii Husarov.
The scientific library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs received the book of reference "Training of police officers in foreign countries" (Buhaichuk K. L. Training of police officers in foreign countries: information and practical guide. Vol. 1). It covers the legal framework and the organization of recruitment and training of police officers in Canada, the Czech Republic and Japan.
The Department of Organization of Scientific Work and Gender Issues together with the cadet-student self-government on the base of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs conducted an interactive event - a scientific quest dedicated to the International Civil Aviation Day.
Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko met with Ove Urup-Madsen, Head of the EUAM Office in Kharkiv. During the meeting, Valerii Sokurenko spoke about the activities and history of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the main areas of police training, faculties, separate structural units.
On the base of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs scientific-practical round table “Current Anti-Corruption issues: international and national experience” was held.
Futsal team "Sumy branch of KhNUIA" consisting of cadets and students of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs led by the captain - lecturer of the special disciplines of the Center for Primary Training “Police Academy” of Sumy branch of KhNUIA police captain Oleksandr Yielshanskyi once again became winners on the football pitch.
As part of the annual All-Ukrainian action "16 Days Against Violence", the leaders of scientific circles of the cycle commission of natural sciences Yana Doludareva, Svitlana Hrybanova, Oksana Husarova, Vitalii Moskalyk and Liudmyla Pylypenko held thematic meetings on "Gender Violence in Society".
Participant of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, 2nd year cadet of the Faculty № 1 Krystyna Koval took part in the webinar “Publication of articles in predatory publications: implications for researchers and universities” from the American Councils for International Education, which implement a project: “Academic Integrity Initiative and Education Quality” in Ukraine.
Within the Worldwide action “16 days against violence” a lesson for 10-a form of municipal institution secondary school № 23 of Sumy was held by Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA Nataliia Horobets on the topic: “Counteracting Violence. Do not be silent. Start speaking”.
