Within the framework of the discipline "Life Safety and Occupational Health and Safety", the Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines Olena Lukianykhina conducted a binary lesson with the participation of the psychologist of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Anna Yarova on the topic "Methods and techniques of effective communication of a law enforcement officer".

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA Yuliia Inshenkova held a meeting with students of Dovzhok Educational Complex "Secondary School of I-III Degrees, Collegium" in Dovzhok village, Kamianets-Podilskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region.

Ruslan Chycha, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held a career guidance meeting with 11th grade students of Vinnytsia Secondary School No. 10. He held a conversation on the topic "Admission to study at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs".

Dmytro Shelesko, 2nd year cadet of the Faculty № 2, and Yehor Skurykhin and Alina Lomova, graduates of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2023, joined the National Muay Thai Boxing Team of Ukraine. They are taking part in a training camp in Bangkok, Thailand.

Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Faculty № 2, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Maryna Petchenko and cadet of the Faculty № 2 Alina Bilichenko tested the results of research work at the XVII International Scientific and Practical Conference "The research process in science and the implementation of results", which took place in Maribor, Slovenia.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in cooperation with Kharkiv regional branch of the All-Ukrainian public organization "Association of Civilists of Ukraine", scholars of the departments of civil law disciplines of the Faculty № 4 and civil law and procedure of the Faculty № 6, gathered scholars and practitioners to discuss topical issues of civil law and procedure within the framework of a remote scientific and practical conference.

At the invitation of Kharkiv Region 1325 Coalition and Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the initiative of the Museum of Women's and Gender History "Night at the Museum".

A regular optional lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on "Academic Integrity in the Educational Process and Research Activities" was held by the Head of the Research Laboratory for Pre-trial Investigation, Lieutenant Colonel Serhii Shatrava.

On the occasion of the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repression, which is celebrated in Ukraine on May 19, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a video lecture for cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4. The event was held by Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Candidate of Historical Sciences Stanislav Ivanov.
