
The educational publication "Guidelines for seizure of property in criminal proceedings and its transfer to the management of authorized bodies: scientific and methodological recommendations" was handed over to the library by the Acting Dean of the Faculty No. 1 Vitalii Romaniuk and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation Oksana Pchelina.

Scientific and pedagogical staff and cadets of the Faculty No. 1, involved in the work of the legal clinic branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi, took part in a webinar on the topic "The role of the free legal aid system of Ukraine in the activity of a lawyer".

In order to improve the level of professional skills, Iryna Kazanchuk, Assistant Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1, remotely participated in a webinar on the topic: "Open access in Ukraine and the world" from the "Clarivate for scientists" series. The scientific event was devoted to the anniversary of the announcement of the Budapest Open Access Initiative.

On March 2, 2001, our native university was granted the status of National by the Decree of the President of Ukraine. Due to your efforts, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is included in the cohort of the best departmental institutions of higher education in our country and is the undisputed leader in training personnel for the law enforcement system.

Today, in the truest sense, is a significant day in the life of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. It was on this day, March 2, 2001, that the banner of the new higher education institution, the National University of Internal Affairs, as it was then called, was raised.

Oleksandr Shyshka, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA, took part in the presentation of the monograph "Medical law of Ukraine in the context of European and international law", which was published by the world-famous Springer publishing house.

An online career orientation meeting was held with graduates of schools and lyceums who expressed a desire to enter Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was attended by 400 participants: future entrants of secondary education institutions, representatives of the sectors of the organization of the selection of the Departments of personnel support of the MDNP in the regions.

Associate Professor of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA Tetiana Bilous conducted a curatorial hour on the topic "Resistance of the Ukrainian people in the struggle for freedom", dedicated to the anniversary of Russia's full-scale armed invasion of Ukraine, for 2nd year students.

As part of the military-patriotic and national-patriotic education of youth of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, cadets of the Faculties №1 and №4 together with cadets of Sumy branch, who participate in the academic mobility program, watched the play about strong and unbreakable Ukrainians "Kruty. Spring has come to my dreams...".

A meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Combatin Cybercrime of the Faculty No. 4 was held under the chairmanship of the Head of the department Oleksandr Manzhai. He spoke about the specifics of using information technologies during the prevention and investigation of cybercrimes.
